Regardless, it's a no for me, dawg. Here's the story. My spouse got on their website and found a couch we liked. We bought it. Cool, right? No big deal. This was sometime in March. The delivery was early April because of the pandemic and we understood completely! They said they'd call to set up a delivery time once their manufacturer sent them the couch. The date rolled around and we didn't hear from. We didn't hear from them until we called and they gave us a new delivery date. In May. Okay. Fine. The date rolled around and we didn't hear from them. We called. They told us the couch we ordered was out of stock. Wait, what? You couldn't have told us that when we bought it?? You let us pay for it and didn't even have it?! Crooks. We want our money back and they said no refunds. Ummmm you have to make a sale to refund something. You have our money and that's it. They gave us a June delivery date. Guess what? You notice a pattern going on? The date rolls around. Couch? Nope. Money back? Nope. Can we speak to the owner? Nope- he apparently doesn't speak with customers. WHAT?? What kind of business is this? After they gave us a July delivery date we filed a dispute with our credit card. Within 20 minutes they called us and told us we could pick up our couch by the end of the week. THE END OF THE WEEK! Soooo what's that about? We finally have it and it is a great couch but I'd rather pay double the price than to deal with these loony tunes again. No thanks.

So her we go... I bought a fridge from American Freight in August of 2020 not realizing that they were no longer the Sears Outlet. I was told I was buying a new fridge that was returned because of a medium dent on the back side. It was working and cold inside and was $300 cheaper than the competitors. Paid $79 to have it delivered and I thought set up. Fridge shows up and they drop it in my living room, only after arguing because they didn't want to bring it up the 3 steps on my porch and was going to leave it on my walk. So I called my son to help me get it in the kitchen and hook it up. In doing so I realize this is not the fridge I picked out and was in fact a used fridge with spilled moldy food behind the drawers that they taped up to look like new. Plug it in and it doesn't work. Call the same day and they inform me they don't give refunds, only a replacement. I go to the store and see the one I originally thought i was buying. Told them this and was told the sales clerk must have made a mistake. Agreed to the replacement with the original one I looked at, but then had to pay another $79 to have it delivered. Fridge showed up once again and once again it's a different fridge with broke parts inside that didn't work. Went thru the whole process again, but this time the new fridge was nowhere to be found. Found a working one with missing and broke parts inside and then I had to piece it together from three different fridges to get a complete fridge. This time I brought help and took it home with me. I hooked it up and it worked, so I thought OK, I learned my lesson and I will just never go their again. Luckily I bought the extended warranty, Because as I am sitting here a year and a half later, waiting for the repairman to show up for my 14th service call, everyone of which ended up in a fridge full of spoiled items and having to go without a fridge for up to 2 weeks while I'm waiting for a tech to show, I decided to write this review. The repair company has replaced everything that they can think of and each time it works for a little bit before its out again. They have tried to put in for a replacement fridge with Kenmore, but American Freight is listed with all the major manufacturers as do not replace their Appliances. So there you go. Make your own decision if saving $300 dollars is worth all this trouble. For me, NEVER AGAIN!!!!

We had a great experience at Sleep Outfitters. From the moment we entered Craig was more like a…read morefriendly host than a pushy salesperson. We had no experience buying mattresses, but he gave us a tour, explained how to try them out, what to look for and then recommended we try different mattresses based on our responses. It was a very customized and supported experience. Ultimately our interactions with Craig and the 10 year warranty, with three months trial period made me feel confidant enough to invest in a mattress and base that I loved. I even waited a week to come back and make a final decision and when I walked in Craig remembered everything about our prior visit. My own mattress has not been delivered yet, but I can say my daughter's mattress delivery went incredibly smooth and the delivery people were very friendly, respectful and fast. I will also say, I ended up purchasing my "dream" mattress set, because I was able to finance it with no interest, but I was also impressed with the diversity in price points and the quality of even the most inexpensive Sealy mattresses. I've bought cheaper mattresses online before but they were not the quality of these mattresses and didn't come with this kind of warranty. I could have walked out of there with a great mattress that didn't break the bank, which is what my daughter did.

That is exactly what our salesperson, Lewis, did. He LISTENED, walked us through the products that matched our requirements. No pressure! No up-selling! In addition Lewis and his team accommodated us by delivering our new Tempur-pedic mattresses ahead of their normal schedule. The delivery team was very considerate, wearing shoe coverings, totally cleaning up the packing material, explaining the operation of the remotes, and answering any questions we posed. Now for a good nights sleep.
