When I arrived, it was early but the place was already quite busy but the staff remained calm and friendly. The reception/waiting area was beautifully furbished, clean and well-maintained. While I was waiting, a lady came to water the plants and pluck out dead leaves and a handyman came to fix/clean the air conditioner. The waiting room was infused with some aromatherapy smell and played relaxing "massage/yoga" music. They had professionally printed treatment lists and literature, which gave me confidence that they would be offering a high standard of service. The prices are very reasonable. You could even purchase a £30 for £60 deal on the Yelp App and if you Check-In here, you get 40% off your first treatment! (I will almost definitely be treating myself again after this visit!)

Having worked in the customer service field I get how important it is but also how easy it is to forget about it and think 'why does it matter' well this review proves it does with a 4 star rating! On this visit I had a 55 minutes Deep-Tissue massage due to my increasingly fragile muscles (too much football) and I left feeling great. Deep-Tissue massages can be a little different and less relaxing as they are digging into you a little more but I did feel surprisingly supple afterwards! My mum had never had a facial either and I didn't know if she'd ever had her nails done, so I booked us in for a mini facial (you pick two areas yourself) and a polish and preen manicure each. Upon arrival, you will smell delightful incense and be seated in very comfy chairs... We had to wait in turn for the facial as we chose the micro dermal diamond facial - there is only one machine for this. Boy was it worth it though! I was even advised upon asking the nail technician that this was the best one to choose. I was nervous at first but the calming music that carries throughout the building and the confident person doing the facial, explaining everything each step of the way, is more than enough to help you relax! He explained that he would be cleansing the skin first, then applied a rough scrub to my face, and notified me he would be turning on the machine and not to be alarmed. ...Machine?! Oh you mean the quiet whirring of the box next to you with the tiny suction wand? Oh it's like it sandblasts my skin? It felt like a tiny little suction tip moving across my T-Zone! Amazing! And if you hadn't had enough of the revelation of your skin feeling like it can actually breath afterwards, wait until he shows you the container of dirt that's been sucked out of your pores! Ewwww!! But so good to see and feel how much clearer your skin is :) I went back through to have my nails done whilst my mum went in - the guy doing the facials was great and gave us all the advice we needed - you can have these facials every 11 days if you're trying to target an area of blackheads - I totally need to do this... I recently had my gels off which is £5 or free with any service, so I opted for a file and polish which cost £8 and lasted literally 10 days before it started to chip. Amazing! The luxurious interior of Bali spreads over three floor and is about the most beautiful seeting I have seen in any location in Manchester so far. After your treatment you are also welcome to stay and are not ushered out for the next appointment waiting. Their treatments range from various types of massages, manicures and pedicures to facial treatments using PAYOT products. I was booked in for a full Indian head and neck massage, of 60 minutes and welcomed by Anna, who explained the whole procedure in detail. She also made sure I was not allergic to any of the ingredients used on my skin. I can be quite sensitive to anything scented so I decided to stay away from lavender or tea tree old. She was also very gentle and professional in her approach, all her movements were executed as a choreography, knowing exactly where to apply pressure. To be honest I am fairly hesitant to trust someone to give me a massage as I know how much damage can be done with the wrong technique, but felt in absolutely safe hands here.

This store isn't the nicest of places to shops, especially when it gets slightly busy due to the size, it is slightly narrow and with everything packed in, it really isn't the nicrst of places to shop as it just gets too busy and because of the small space, all the smells merge together and that certainly isn't very pleasant either. There is little room to move around due to the small space, and it really doesn't match the more high-end nature of the store, as I'd say Lush are a high-end brand due to the nature of the products they sell being handmade and the price. The service was also poor, and the staff weren't too friendly which sadly along with the overall size and feel off the store means this branch warrants a single one star, which is a shame as this branch has previously not been given any rating of a two or under before.

I had a breast reduction with The Harley Medical Group in August 2021. The intial consultation was…read moregreat and the Surgeon Ranjeet Jeevan put my mind at ease and we discussed at length my reduction and what I would like my desired cup size to be, I said ideally I want a B but no bigger than a C. Within the consultation Ranjeet told me how it would all work, about the procedure and the aftercare. He also made it clear if for any reason I was not happy with the desired outcome I could have revised surgery. Comes the day of the surgery and everything went fine I went home the next day and my 3 follow up consultations in Manchester to change my dressing's were fine. After 3 months I saw Ranjeet again and we discussed my outcome, I told him I knew I might still have swelling in parts but that I thought they were still quite big and not as small as I had wanted. He said yes they could still be swelled but they would not consider revision surgery anyway until after 12 months which I accepted I needed to fully heal and let the scaring go down before anything else. In this consultation we discussed at length about what could be done to revise my size even down to liposuction which I didnt want as that would have just made my breasts sag. Anyway its 12 months on and I book my consultation in Oct 2022 to see the surgeon again, (I think they hope you wont come back). I speak to Ranjeet and he says how good they look and how pleased he is with the outcome and am I happy?, I said I am happy with the surgery but not the outcome they are not as small as I wanted like I have said twice previously. Then he says ohhh well what we do here is the Harley Medical Group review board meet once a month to discuss revisions and I have to write off to them and they will make a decision if you can have the revision surgery and we will let you know. At this point I felt like I was being fobbed off and could sense the outcome before it had come. Anyway I wait 2 months after being told they would be in touch in approx. a month and come Dec 2022 I chase for the outcome, here it is as I expected. "Hi Jane, Thank you for your email. Apologies on the delay in response. I have checked your file and following the DMG meeting they have provided an outcome. Unfortunately, the DMG have declined the revision as they believe you have a decent result. They have advised that Liposuction could be an option, however, there would be a cost associated with this. I appreciate this is not the desired outcome. Please let me know if you need anything else at this time." In other words they want more money and have gone back on everything that was said in the consultations. If only I had recorded what was said. Anyway please beware aware of this as I can see this has happened on numerous occasions looking back on reviews now, hence I wish I had read them beforehand. Dont be suckered in by the fabulous sales pitch. Also they are not the cheapest I went with them as they were recommended and in heinsight I should have done my homework. Dont bother replying Harley Group with your generic email of "get in touch you would like to help" as its just a bunch of rubbish, your not interested and you know it.

I'll give a quick breakdown of my experience and treatment below. Staff - Personally i loved it. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I took note of the clients going in many of which we 15-21 in age. Staff members struck up conversations with most customers. I did tho feel that they were just churning out as many people as they could. Atmosphere - As mentioned clients were loud (appropriate for their ages) Decor was very tired. Far too small to accommodate all the furniture and people on top of all that. some people were even waiting in the doorway. Very dusty and alot of nail dust flying everywhere. Quality - Simply, O.K but nothing to write home about. Thought they were ok but upon further inspection outside in better lighting there was alot of fuzz trapped under the gel polish. You can see the corners of my nails peeking from the edge of my cuticles. So the acrylic wasnt places all over the nail and neither was the polish. Those edges should have been filed back a bit. Pricing - Pricing for Acrylic Gel with Extensions plus a gel polish came to £45 which I should was pretty standard. But the quality fell short. Overall- Not a bad experience but would go again unless there was no where else.
