During this, Mark did everything in his power including communicating with the local government to acquire documentation, policies, etc, that backed the claim. This is far beyond anything we have ever experienced from a company like this. This also includes the fact we went through almost 5 other roofing companies before he asked if he could assist. We had a new roof and gutters in no time despite the utter hatred from our insurance company (we left them after due to their unprofessional conduct towards us) Fast forward in time. We had our house painted after all the work was done, and the painters did a great job but they cut a couple corners that left a nice capture point for water to come into our house. Mark came out with a couple of his crew members (as we thought we had new damage), and they jumped up on the roof, looked things over, and, without even blinking an eye, had it fixed. It's been months of heavy rain and no issues. Explained the situation, didn't place any blame, but did explain and show where the issue was (we placed the blame knowing what was done by the painters in that area) and said it should be good, and it is! This is the type of company you want working on your home. They stand by their workmanship, make things look good, and keep it to code. Even the products utilized helped us get a discount on our new home insurance. 10 out of 5 star rating!
