I have been coming here for years and have never had a complaint. All the staff at this pharmacy are friendly and have a calm demeanor even when it's crazy busy and you know they're short staffed. Plus target sometimes give you gift cards for using the Pharmacy. It's a free five dollar surprise every once in a while.

The next day I called and she didn't apologize for leaving it out, just said "give me 45 minutes and I'll have it ready". So I drive all the over there a second time to pick it up. When I got home I pulled it out of the bag and they hadn't tightened the lid on the bottle so it leaked out in the bag, all over the bottle, onto my hands and spilled on my clothes. I called back and told them they hadn't screwed the lid on and the prescription had leaked out and made a mess everywhere. Again, they could care less, no "I'm sorry". She just said, "Call back tomorrow after 3pm to speak to a manager." So now I have to make 3 trips over 48 hours to get 1 prescription for cough medicine that they fumbled around with twice and they don't even have enough professional courtesy to even apologize?
