The condition of the property significantly affected my stay, and I found it disheartening that such basic safety and quality standards were overlooked. But the rooms was all dirty. Floors was dirty. Showers all had some kind of issue. Drains was clogged with cigarette butts even though they was non smoker rooms. The rooms smelt of filth. Mold growing all over rooms. I found drugs in my room. The mattress was disgusting as well as burnt stained sheets. The sinks didn't work well. The doors barely worked or wouldn't even close. The room they moved me to without a choice I was staying in only had one hinge on the door. I travel for work and have staid in a lot of hotels over the last decade but never had I stayed in one so filthy. I had to leave esrly because I could not take it and was refused my refund and proceeded to tell me I'm not getting my money back no matter how much i complained when I had yet to say anything other than I want a refund for the remaining days I had left. Please do not stay here. I beg you. Sleep in your car in the slums before you stay at this incest ridden hotel. You woukd be better off sleeping under a bridge. I've learned that any hotels owned by the towel wearing people is normally rough but this ones is just unbelievable.

There were 4 of us in the room, my son, his two children and myself. The room and bed covers reaked smoke, weed and cigarettes. And on my goodness!!! The carpet on the floor was absolutely deplorable, it hasn't been cleaned since they built the place. Dirty used face masks behind the nightstand, dust so thick you cou plant a garden. I hated the place. And to think we were visiting family for two days and had to sleep in such horrible conditions. Microwave didn't work at all. And yes, it was connected. The walls are paper thin. My little granddaughter thought a couple in the room next door was arguing, but that's not what they were doing. I wasn't going to tell her that wasn't what they were doing. Children should not have to be subjected to that kind of adult behavior. I'm just saying!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN AND REBUILT.... There was obvious drug use, meth, crack, you name it. And hookers. One hooker came knocking on my door around 1 AM asking if I wanted a date. She was about 5 feet even and 450lbs. I explained that I wasn't man enough. When I complained to the ladies in the office, they knew her by name. They moved me to the 2nd floor and the hooker can't climb stairs. Then informed me that she would be leaving me alone. Not that hooking wasn't allowed. Only in Louisianna. I complained about the mold, i could see it and smell it. The girls upfront (I call then big girl #1 and big girl #2) BG1 is the manager in the evening, BG2 is there during the day. They both put on a front that I was the only person to ever notice any mold. My head was banging so bad after a day that I had to move to another motel for the remainder of the week. Be very careful on the stairs. They are wooden and rotting and shaky. It's like stepping onto a sailboat in a storm. They refused to give me a refund. I told them that I would be leaving a review. They told me that they write their own 5-star reviews. So, when you see 1s & 2's and then 5's, well you can figure that out. I did find out that the Budget Inn was renovated, and the riffraff run off. The cop having breakfast next to me informed me that the troglodytes migrated to the Country Inn. Explains a lot.
