Pregnancy is a wonderful time to discover the benefits of Yoga.
Elaine's classes will give you a deep sense of wellbeing during pregnancy by increasing your flexibility and strengthening your body, and help provide the tools to prepare for the birth of your baby.
Learn how to relax , breathe, be active and in control throughout your labour with energising yoga stretches, relaxing breathing techniques, and visualisation in each class. These classes are a great way to meet other expectant mums and new friendships. No previous yoga experience is required. Please bring a small blanket and if you have not got a yoga mat I can provide one free of charge.
