Responsive to my questions and concerns. They kept me informed of things they thought I should move money into. They didn't just take my money and let it ride. They made strategic investments that grow substantially. The office personnel is fantastic. If I needed something from them, they would get back to that day with all my answers. I had absolute faith in David Fullmer to set up an annuity for myself, a single woman with no heirs. I also explained that I had no interest in learning about investing and reiterated I'm putting my trust in him. Come to find out he paid himself a substantial amount of commission from the get go, then pawned me off on an associate as he stood over the counter shooting the breeze with his secretary. He also set up an account that charged an annual fee to "manage" my annuity. NEVER give anybody (especially this tool) carte blanch with your money. Let my lesson be your wake up call. read more

We have been with David for 3 years. Our situation was a little complex. We had several IRA's, conventional and Roth, money we were handling for my elderly father and funds from my spouses family estates. We started off slowly "dipping our toes" with David. In the first few months we found David and his staff's performance was good. Communications were responded quickly and thoroughly. We then transferred the balance of our selected accounts. The investments are divided between equities and annuities. Investments are through a major investment company. Annuities are spread among several underwriters and indexes. Overall we are happy with the performance and safety of the investment package. We are given several tools to monitor and track the investments performance. David has been handling my investments for 4 years. I came to him after attending a free session on "Taxes in Retirement". I found him to be very knowledgeable, helpful, and others had highly recommended him. He completely changed my high-risk investments, to mostly Annuities. I use a financial advisor because I don't have the expertise they do. While I did transfer my funds at a good time, since the market dropped significantly afterwards, I did lose money during the transfer which I was not informed of in advance. I have to take blame for not asking more questions of my previous advisor and David. All in all, I feel my money has been secure with David, and he warned I would not see large gains and losses. However, it is a disappointment to know there are significant penalties with moving money early from annuities. The personnel in David's office are very friendly and helpful. I recommend David and his staff as financial advisors. I feel they have done a good job for me. I also recommend becoming educated to know the questions to ask, by interviewing multiple advisors before making a final decision. Because once you are invested it is very timely and costly to make changes. read more

We have consulted with David Fullmer at Premier Alliance since 2017 and would recommend him highly as a guide to financing retirement. During his intake process we discussed our past investments, retirement savings we already had, and our goals and expectations for retirement. With his help, we thought through how much risk we could handle and how much income we needed. He also drew out a plan for how to manage Social Security, and how to handle potential long-term care. Each year, we have a conference about our current situation and forecasted changes, such as large expenditures like vehicles or extended travel. When details such as RMDs come up, his office responds to our requests and changes very quickly. My experience with Mr. David Fullmer was not worthwhile. I attended a seminar, and then approached him to ask about secure invesments. he steered me into two annuities, and on the last day of consultation, happened to mention there would be a penalty for withdrawal prior to 10 years, and did not mention I had 30 days to cancel the contracts, which I read later once I reviewed the documents he provided. my fault for trusting someone and not reading the contracts sooner. In my opinion, an ethical advisor would have mentioned these two point prior to transferring my cash to these annuities. Now I am liquidating one of the annuities, and was informed it takes 7 business days to process my request. all-in-all one of the worst investments I allowed. read more

I have been with Premier Alliance for several years. I joined after attending one of their meetings explaining their company and their strategies. I liked the personal aspect that was talked about. I had a meeting with David at Premier Alliance office. David was patient and knowledgeable and assured me he would take good care of me. He has done that. He sat me up with Angelina as she is the new account manager. She was so good at helping navigate through my retirement funds from my previous employer to Premier. It was not an easy task, but Angelina made it seem so because of her gentle, patient and knowledgeable way of helping me. Everyone I have worked with including Spencer and Danyella have taken excellent care of me. There have a few bumps along the way, but each time have taken care of the situation with great efficiency and care.
