My girlfriend and I lived here for 10 years. In the beginning, it was actually nice. There was a greeter at the door, the office staff was friendly, and the property was owned by Morgan Properties at the time. Over the years, you could clearly tell the focus changed -- they stopped caring about residents and only cared about the money. The office staff became rude, phone calls were handled poorly, and they constantly changed employees. Hot water was shut off often, so expect that. The central air system is outdated and constantly breaks down. A few years ago, we went the entire month of July -- one of the hottest months -- without central air. They gave residents one window unit with no rent credit, then later gave two units then the power kept going out. There is also a serious rodent problem. On top of that, our roof leaked, and at one point someone else's toilet water came up through our kitchen sink. Now there's a new management company (I believe they're called Premier), and somehow they're even worse than Morgan Properties. After a snowstorm, the streets were barely touched and left in terrible condition. The staff doesn't care because they don't live here -- and honestly, why would they? This place is a dump. Our lease just ended and we bought a new home, thank God. Please do yourself a favor and do not live here. They let anyone live here now, and the conditions keep getting worse. THE GOOD: -Location: Cherry Hill has traffic. Here, you can avoid route 70/38 for much of your daily errands. Jefferson Hospital is down the street; Erlton plaza & Whole Foods is 2 min away; Haddonfield rd gives you the holy trinity of Trader Joe's, Costco, & Wegman's in 5 min. You can walk to CVS/Walgreen's, post office, a lousy bagel shop, OK sushi, Vietnamese food, banks, & a good bakery. Across kings hwy gets you good (for S. Jersey) pizza @ Johnny's, dollar general, & 7-11. Plus the town library is huge and right next door. The 457 (to Haddonfield/Philly PATCO) & 455 (Cherry Hill mall) bus lines are here. -Security deposit of $500: a lot less than many places. Yes, I got mine back! -ALL utilities (minus internet/cable) are included: A huge savings & the biggest draw aside from location & views. My current complex charges about $80/mo. just for water/sewer! PSE&G also isn't cheap. Stoves are gas if you like to cook. -Concrete construction: Noise @ apartments is largely luck. Sound still enters through vents based on where your unit is. A unit I visited had an upstairs neighbor whose whole family took baths anywhere from 10pm to 1am 7 days a week . We heard it all! New "luxury apartments" are nearly all cheap wood-frame construction with zero sound or climate insulation. The concrete makes a difference for noise, fire safety, and heating/cooling. Pack command hooks to hang anything on the walls. Each unit's front door is also solid "project style" steel, felt secure when locked and bolted. -Decent parking: There will always be car break-ins, "reserved spots" someone else decides to park in, etc. Fortunately the former never happened, & the latter only occurred one time. They do charge a fee ($15 monthly during my time there) and it was 1 car per unit. There is additional parking on the street, and guest parking wasn't too bad. -Common area: Gyms in each building were fairly well equipped. The pool is giant & open all summer. There's also a dog area by each building and some outdoor fitness stuff. For elections, the polling place is on the ground floor, very convenient. They've spent $ renovating the hallways, building lobbies and mail rooms. If only they had a rooftop deck or co-working space... -Views: Each building is 13 stories (listed 12 with "European style" numbering for ground floor). If you get a west-facing unit high enough up, you'll probably have a view of the expanding Philly skyline. I did, and it was nice to see the morning sun reflect off the Comcast center in the AM & see PM sunsets. Beautiful way to wind down the day & something to look at if you work from home. -I never saw roaches.-Large balconies: Not in all units, so check on that. THE BAD: (oh boy here we go) -Aging, poorly functioning physical plant: There were regular water shut offs, sometimes for hours. They'd try to give some advance notice, but it happened too often. -Central A/C: Cooling is provided by chillers on the roof that are either on or off. They arbitrarily shut down in September & don't turn back on until late May. Do they look at climate change or weekly forecasts to decide when to start the system for a South Jersey summer that now starts in April? Of course not! Unfortunately, NJ and Cherry Hill only require landlords to provide heat, not AC, and they take advantage of this. Plan on portable AC units to supplement what lacks cooling-wise. At least you don't pay directly for their use. Of note: the leasing office has its own ductless/split system to ensure employee comfort. -Smoking is allowed: I once had issues with smoke coming into my apartment from a neighbor. Management was clear about their policy to NOT be smoke-free. After complaints to office & Camden county health dept, office lent me an air filter, which didn't do much. -Prepare for leaks/dripping ceilings: They'll provide a utility bucket & paint the ceiling once leak stops. Get ready, it will happen to you at some point. This also means that when a leak is below, maintenance will be knocking at your door god knows when. The leaks got so bad that the "solution" was to enter each unit and perform a "drill out" of everyone's AC vents. Yes, they took a GIANT drill bit to the wall, then divert the leaking water to your "private" balcony via PVC pipes. So the last few months, I didn't spend much time on my balcony. Ants also started entering my apartment following this "repair." They did offer pest control as a band aid atop the band aid. -Not all units have dishwashers or washer/dryer:-Breed restrictions not enforced: saw pit bulls and other large, aggressive dogs almost every day. -Trash chutes clearly designed in the 1950's: chutes woefully small takes quite an effort to fit today's bags down them. So what happens? Bags left on the floor! -Package rooms: Too small & thefty. BIG rent hikes: 1 BR cost in 2017: $1160. Now? $1900! This place really was "home" 2017-19 & served me well. I am moving out soon. I have been at Towers for over 4 years. The good: Maintenance; always fast and on point. Great group. Those who clean do the best job also. Very clean building. The Office: Other than one time when one person didn't believe me with something that was very true, they are responsive and helpful. They don't control rent prices. It's a multi million dollar company. I love the amenities like the pool, rooms with TVs and pool tables, the gym and the assigned spots. I love that it's one price for everything except WiFi/cable. I had an apartment on the 12th floor overlooking the Philly skyline. Gorgeous. I will miss that so much. New Laundry room has more perks. The not as good. Old building: the air does not always blow well. Stuff breaks and unless the building is torn down, it can be a pain in the a$$. 95 percent of the neighbors are great people. You have some who are low class garbage who blast music, don't pick up after their dogs, an occasional graffiti on the elevator (fortunately removed very quickly) and people who will take up all the washers and dryers at once. I call them selfish trash. I did say something about someone on my floor who blasts music without caring about anyone but himself but nothing has changed. I wish they had patrols going around the parking lots. The bathrooms have no windows nor fans. I believe the building and my apartment has mold. The carpets should all be ripped out and replaced with floor. Carpets unless brand new are gross. Rents are raised way too high. 50 percent in 4 years. This place use to be a great place to live but now the people in the office is ignorant and don't care about your problems. Whether there's a leak, they're constantly turning the water off for maintenance issues. You want something fixed they won't fix it but fix it whenever they feel like it. You see the weather we are having now in the 80s and it so hot that the ac unit is down for repair and they don't care in the office because they don't live there. When my lease is up I'm done and now they want to refer people to get 750 credit for them to go through this mess too? New washers and dryers but not enough of them. Roaches and mice infested. Don't. Fucking. Move. Here. I literally was counting down the days to move out. Had an internship in the summer & needed a place for only a few months. Great that they did monthly rentals, but disgustingly overpriced for such shit quality. I only give 5 star yelp reviews because I don't want to be a Karen but good lord does this place suck. 1) being a young individual, I was met with attitude at move in even though I WAS PAYING, and my parents were met with respect & apologies for a rough move in. Completely dismissive to me 2) if you make the horrible decision to move in, even though the move in letter says they take check THEY DONT. You'll go on a 3 hr search for a place that does cashiers checks. 3) place wasn't cleaned for my move in, literally handfuls of hardware found in the carpet on my move in day 4) the tour I received was BS, I swear it's the only unit that looks decent just to get you to sign and then they'll give you a horrendous unit. 5) no dishwasher, unit I saw did 6) AC broke for a week, super slow repair 7) hallway smells like piss 8) mail room a mess, impossible to find packages. 9) kitchen looked like a funhouse 10) suspicious carpet stains 11) market that they have key FOB entrance only, but the doors were always broken and wide open 12) best & most responsive help I received was from a fellow resident 13) at move in I had a leaky fridge and a toilet that didn't flush 14 through 2035) look at the pictures But don't worry, they give you a free ice cube tray upon move in. read more

I had been a tenant of towers of Windsor park for the past 16 years. It was a great place to live when I first moved on but it changed ownership on many occasions. I never had any problems always paid my rent on time but with changes on ownership comes changes in employees. One summer everyone was having issues with their AC unit backing up and maintenance begrudgingly had to be called to flush out the lines or we would have water dripping into our apartments form the ceiling. They came up with a. Solution and decided to drill holes in everyone's unit and put a pipe in so the water could drop out and that winter people started reporting mice in their apartments. Unfortunately I was one of the tenants. Because the exterminator came once a week he set up two traps which were clearly not enough and I had to buy my own traps which caught two mice that I disposed of. A few months later the property manager Jen was inspecting everyone's apartment and yes I'm a slob and a bit disorganized. She asked if we could speak in private and asked maintenance to step outside. I was not expecting her to start threatening me with an eviction notice because I wasn't clean enough for her standards and said that I had is in my unit because I wasn't clean enough. My neighbors who are clean and tidy who even own dogs and cats reported having mice in their unit. I also had a 12 year old stove that had never been serviced one of the burners were out and I asked if I could get a new stove once she was finished threatening me and allowed maintenance aka "potential witness" to come back and she pretty much lead him to say I was the reason why one of the burners on a 12 year old stove stopped functioning and I was responsible for buying a brand new stove which would close I've $1000. I knew they were going to replace it anyway once I moved out. Maintenance said he couldn't fix it and I had to figure out how to fix it which I successfully did. Not only that I had to wait 2 months to get permission. To even try and fix it because she had to double check with the guy in charge of maintenance which I'm sure she never did and after going back and forth with her power trip said sure it can't hurt. I was so grateful to finally or out and had to wait to post this review till after I got my deposit for fear of losing it. It is not okay to threatening tenants The other big issue is plumbing. When your water smells like sewage on occasion and eats through the enamel on your le creuset pot after boiling water and does the same thing to the nonstick coating on your calphalon cookware you know the water straight out of the faucet isn't safe. I had to rinse all my dishes with filtered water in order to feel like it was safe to drink. read more

We have lived at the TOW for just over a year. The staff is friendly and courteous. The door men are always there to open the door assist in any way they can. All of our new neighbors young and old are friendly as well/ That being said the physical plant is showing wear and tear. Hallways and stairways on floors above the lobby are infrequently vacuumed or moped. It seems that there is little or no daily/weekly walk through by supervisory staff policing area. Debris, candy wrappers, spills can sit for weeks or months in the nooks and crannies of the steps and entrance ways. Perhaps management needs to hire some housekeeping staff that could regularly clean the common areas so that residents truly feel that their homes extend beyond their own residences. read more

Still not pleased. I'm glad the my lease will be up soon. I discovered mold in my apartment from an AC leakage that happened months ago and I called and left a voicemail with the main office on Sunday. Monday came and I grew anxious in hopes to get an answer so I called them myself. They told me they never received the voicemail and wasn't sure what I was talking about. I stayed calm and gave them a list to check out and some smart a** in the background (employee of morgan properties) decided to make jokes, and the woman on the line was trying not to laugh but it was too obvious since she was snickering. (I wish she did that in front of me because for sure I would've said something smart back to her. At the end of the day she's getting paid through everyone's rent money. So thank you ms. smart a**) ANYWAYS the woman wrote down our maintenance problems and hung up. Once I got home I noticed that everything I asked to get checked out was untouched. The mold was still there and my bathroom was the same (tiles chipping in the shower). So I thought, hey maybe they're backed up, i'll wait until Tuesday and see whats up. Nothing, everything still the same. Wednesday, today, I called upset because clearly no one did anything about it. This woman (Mickey i think) was nicer. She ACTUALLY submitted my complaints, called the maintenance office, and called me back to tell me that someone will be there today. HOPEFULLY when I get home i'll find a paper saying someone was there and the mold will be treated. I don't understand why some of the employees in the main office are rude, inconsiderate, and doesn't seem to care about the current residents. Morgan Properties: Please make your future employees take personality tests along with doing random follow ups with your current tenants to see if their happy with your associates. Thank you. ALSO, the only reason why I gave this a 2nd star is because your doormen are awesome, other than that I would've given you no stars if that were possible. read more

I will never recomment anyone to Tower of Windsor Park. I moved in 2017 an I must say it is the worst property. We had no A/C for 10days still have no air. What we get from the management is dont call the office we will send an email. The A/C has been breaking every week or every other week. They are not proactive especially during this Pandamic and the heat wave that we are having they do not care about anyone but their money. maintenance let themselves in at 9 pm without identifying themselves. as a young girl by myself this is extremely scary being woken up out of my sleep to someone unlocking my door. i read the lease agreement i know they are allowed to access if there's an emergency, but they could at least call or identify themselves before letting themselves in at night. supervisor was able to call me because i was upset, but this all could've been avoided if someone called me before unlocking my door... poor training & disrespectful maintenance workers. i love my apartment but things like this are 100% avoidable, just CALL first. read more

I have only been here a few weeks but I am not experiencing the problems that other people have written about. My apartment was and is , clean and my heat is working very well. I haven't had any issues with the laundry area other than there are now 2 dryers broken I love the gym, and that I can have my dog here. I am on an upper floor and have a great view. My studio apartment is huge at 704 square feet with 2 walk in closets. My kitchen and my bathroom are pretty new. It is quiet. I guess I am lucky as I am not smelling weed or cigarette smoke. The maintenance people have been nice when I see them. Many of the people I have met here have been friendly. I love that all utilities are included too. I would give a 5 but some of the people here are slobs with their trash. I have seen a few dog poos outside but not that many. However, i have seen people leave some of their trash in the elevator. I also am not thrilled about the parking. My space is pretty far away. Someone was in my spot once. I called after hours because I am paying 15 dollars a month for the spot. However, i never heard back from the office. The person finally left though but it was not cool that they were there. Plus, i can get a closer spot on many occasions. I think parking should be first come, first served. When I walk from my spot, I pass many empty spots. I will write more if anything changes. So far so good. Pretty peaceful so far read more

A lot of people with negative reviews focused on only the bad experience, but I do see positive changes slowly coming to the properties. Pros: -Renovated units. We have a washer and dryer in the unit along with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Worth the extra cost. -Cost. Let's face it, you are in Cherry Hill and the price for these apartments can't be beat. All utilites included. -Location. Walking distance to Cherry Hill Public Library, a pizza place and gas station. -Dog friendly. In the sense that most of the dogs are friendly and the ones that are not the owners have enough common sense to be careful around the other dogs. Two decent size dog parks as well. -Gym. Open 24 hours. Although, treadmills break regularly. -Maintenance. Staff comes and goes, but I feel management are making efforts to find reliable help. Submit a ticket for maintenance and they are usually eager to fix in a short period of time. -Electric grills allowed on balconies. Cons: -Vandalism. It seems that there is always some issue going on. Whether it be trash in the elevator or rotten food thrown off balcony into dog park there is always something. -Construction/updates. Aside from the units being renovated and elevator (fortified to prevent vandalism), the lobby on Toledo and other renovations have been going on for "months". At this point I think they are just wishful thinking, but will never actually come to fruition. -Trash shoots. Too small for full size trash bags. Nothing they can do to fix at this point. -Packaging room. After the doorman left deliveries have been an issue. Only during business hours are drivers able to access the locked packaging room. If you are lucky they wait for a resident to leave in the room. If you aren't you are either getting a "missed package" sticker or worse left in the unlocked lobby. -Pool. Think of the episode of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia where Mac and Charlie try to fix a pool. Enough said. Lifeguards are a plus for the one old guy in a speedo. read more

I left quite a bit of detail on my Google review, but as I was reading through some other reviews here I thought of a couple things to add. On the positive side, I did not have the experience of paper-thin walls. We had concrete walls in our building, and actually we couldn't hear our neighbors at all, except when they were on the balcony (or one year when we had neighbors who liked to crash against their wall for some reason). We did have one wall that was thin (in our bathroom), so we could hear each other through that wall, but not otherwise. Also mentioned by other reviewers was the mold. In addition to the mice and cockroaches, I forgot to mention the mold issue. If you rent here, make sure you take some cleaner to the black mold that constantly accumulates on the radiator. Be wary of any promises that all utilities are included. If you read your lease carefully, you'll see that air conditioning is not actually promised. You aren't charged for it, but don't expect it to work. We lived in near 90-degree heat for 5 years there despite regular requests to relieve the situation. Imagine my wife in her third trimester and my newborn suffering in that heat (which often spans end of April to late September, especially for the top floor). There must be some state or federal health violation with the unbearable heat. Be wary of promises about rent control or rent that does not go up much. Every year we got a letter saying that Morgan was requesting special permission from whatever community/county body to raise it higher, and, as far as I can recall, they always received permission and hiked it up. On the plus side, we met a lot of great people there. It was nice to have electric, gas, and water included, and we enjoyed some of the facilities, like the pool. We really liked it at first. But the place has definitely gone downhill, and we can no longer recommend it. read more

We have been having a lot of issues with the AC sense we moved in. The one maintenance man Kevin fixed one of mine but didn't have time to complete the others he works in this building and that day by chance he was here. Three weeks later of trying to have the other AC fixed with appointments made and them not showing up. Finally we saw Kevin and had them send him Up now ALL of them are fixed. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with our apartment. So happy to have people like Kevin that care so much about us being happy. I've been living here since 2009. I've seen a lot of changes in management, like 4 new managers.. We had good doorman service... Haven't had them since October 2016, and yet that is in our contract.. The elevator call box (if you're stuck in the elevator - which happens often) is located in what used to be the doorman's office, now it's the package room. With no doorman service, you're stuck in the elevator and of you don't have Verizon, no other phones work in the elevator, you're screwed. I found an old man that had been stuck in the freight elevator for an hour. He was lucky I realized he was tapping out SOS on the alarm bells and called the fire department for him. They painted the outside of the building - and the painters did a lousy job. They missed a huge spot on the side of the balcony next to my place. It used to drive me crazy when I would go out for a cigarette and see this. I quit smoking, so I don't see it now. They painted the balconies that used to be brown for the Kyoto and green for the Toledo. Now both buildings are the same color. Good luck describing to your visitors which building you live in now. The green part on the balcony is plastic, the painters painted that. It's only a matter of a couple of years and the paint will start chipping and look like shit. Outside gym behind the Toledo building... I only see children playing on it. Used to be a blacktop oval where people would walk around.. When installing the gym, which is nothing but pipes, the installer cut through a wire going to the lights into the parking lot. More money wasted to fix that screw up. The blacktop in the outside gym was painted. This was a couple of years ago, now it looks like shit. New unnecessary signage - We can tell it's a swimming pool and a tennis court, we don't need signs stating such.. Oh, those signs for the pool and tennis court.. right in the middle where the kids USED to play soccer. Flag poles - more wasted money. After the last hurricane the poles are tilted and look like shit. More money wasted on ginger bread. They painted the fire stairs - and didn't stencil the floor numbers. That was great when there was a fire on the first floor and after coming down from the 7th floor, I couldn't tell what floor I was on to tell the fire department...Fire code violation The dog park.. more wasted money. In the summer you can really smell the dog piss because there is no drainage in the dog park. Great job! Carpeting in the elevator.. Great when someone's dog pisses in the elevator. Used to be rubber which was easy to clean up, not anymore... Btw, the dogs piss in those elevators because the freight elevator wasn't working... Again... Paved the parking lot. Looks really nice, except where the dumpster is. There's a slope that meets and water pools. In the winter it's a skating rink. But it looks nice. Rent increase every year, and yet we don't have doormen anymore, no more shuttle to Philadelphia, the package room you have to get your own packages and sometimes they go missing.. Someone stole two of my neighbors motorcycles .. Right from the parking lot, just loaded them onto a truck and drove off. Their security camera is of such shit quality it was useless. Had we had our doorman, especially Mike Renzi, that man always kept an eye on things and caught people trying to break into cars, even though that wasn't in his job description... Miss Mike and our other doormen... And yet we are still paying for them, our rent hasn't decreased but the services have. This morning, 1/6/2017, ice in the parking lot. There sits the snow plow and salt spreader, right by the back door... Not putting salt down. Damn near broke my ass walking from my car. Had to avoid the skating rink by walking across the grass. Two weeks ago a plumbing leak was repaired by a contracted plumber. The hole in the wall hasn't been fixed. I see this every day.. Not to mention the mold in the bathrooms, tiny kitchen with cabinets that go back to the 1970's... I don't know where people think the walls are paper thin.. They are concrete block walls. You have to use a hammer drill to hang something. I always hear the new people that move in trying to hammer a nail into the wall... Just banging away and getting nowhere. In 2010 we had new windows installed, new toilets, new compact fluorescent lighting, new boilers to heat the building... Everything to save them money. It's been downhill ever since. We need updated elevators, not dog parks and paint jobs. The building is 50 years old. Congrats on getting rid of the Orthodox Jewish by getting rid of the doormen. On the Sabbath, they cannot operate the electric front or rear door. They all moved out. Shame, they were very nice people. I miss some of my neighbors, especially the woman with the 3 children. She is rude and never wants to help out when there is a problem, on top of having these 2 huge dogs that should be banned because they bark constantly and are mean. I will briefly state my issues the entire 14 months I lived there. 1. Rent goes up almost $100 the next year 2. Within the first few months of living there, someone stole my purse out of my car 3. Maintenance entered my apartment for no reason and items came up missing; they told me it was their word against mine. They said a request was called in by phone by a male & Im a female that lives alone. 4. They also locked my dog up for over 10 hours fulfilling a request that I never called in 5. Maintenance tried to get my gf a job there and told her all she has to do is YouTube everything (now I know why things stay broke) 6. They never contacted me about my security deposit when I left. We just moved to towers of Windsor. We get pot or weed or Marijuana (Not sure exactly what it is) smell very often into our master bedroom, as some one is smoking literally once in few hours every day in their bathroom probably and all the bathrooms are connected via exhausts pipes, so we get very pungent smell into our master bedroom via the bathroom. Some times we wake up from the sleep as well. My wife pregnant too. After me sending few emails, management had sent a notice regarding usage of illegal substances. After me sending few more emails, they sent me an email asking me to call local police, which i have to. Do not ever rent here!!!! I have complained to the management team regarding the poor performance of the dryers in the laundry room. I got an email back stating that my complaint would be forwarded to upper management. They have not had the courtesy to contact me. I just returned from another trip to the laundry room. The cost is $1.65 for per dryer/washer for 90 min. In order to get your clothes semi-dried, you have to run the dryer twice for a total of 180 min and the cloths will still not be dried. This is where I am now. So, I was forced to run the dryers again. The cost of two washers, two dryers, dryers ran twice is $9.60!!!!!! I want you to know how bad these dryers are. My nylon panties are still wet after a 90 min drying cycle!!!! NYLON PANTIES AFTER A 90 MIN RUN ARE STILL WET? YES!!!! A young man in the laundry room told me this is the way it is. He too has to drape his semi-dried clothing over furniture in his apartment. He has lived here for almost a year!!!!!!!!!!! I wonder how management will feel about me hanging a clothes line on my balcony, twelve stories up, to dry my clothes? read more

This is by bar the worst place I have ever lived. Since the first day I moved in I have had issues here. They moved me into an apartment in the middle of December that had no heat. It's been hell living here and management is no help. Everyone in the office is rude. I've had issues with my shower, one day I came home and my locks were change and no one informed me so I was locked out and had to call emergency maintenance, I came home one day to a huge blue "X" made of tape on my door and no one had an idea why it was there. I had a herendous ant problem to the point that I couldn't even cook in my kitchen. I had ants coming out of my faucet in the shower as well. They blamed it on me and said it was because I had a dirty glass in the sink from drinking wine the previous night. Keep in mind this went on for 3 months. And to top it off there is currently a hole in my closet ceiling from pipes leaking. And it's been over a week and no one has even attempted to fix the hole. also, now there is pieces of paint falling from my ceiling in the living room. Oh yeah the washer and dryers are shit too. So I highly suggest not living here. However the maintenance team is amazing and has been extremely helpful. read more

I have read a lot of reviews, I think the staff was awesome. As far as the Weed smell, I don't know how people think that managment can control what people do inside their apartment. They would have to actually see the person doing it, in order to do something. The only concern I have is that I see a lot of big Dogs that are normally not allowed in apartments. I have two daugthers so I am very concerned, most of the dogs seem very aggressive. My apartment is nice and the price with utilites included, to live in Cherry Hill is awesome to me. I think people are hold managment resposible for things they have no way to control. read more

I moved in to the Towers a year and a half ago and just renewed my lease for another year. I'm on the 7th floor and I get to see the sunrise and sunset every day which is awesome. They are doing major rennovations to the buildings and individual apartments. What is best for me is the responsiveness and courtesy of the management. In any apartment community no matter how new or old there will always be things that break - the question is how does maintenance and management respond. Here at the Towers it is always immediate and they all do an awesome job. The people that live here are friendly, its just a great place to live. read more

Please do not move here. There is little to no ventilation in the apartments as a whole.Several tenants have informed me of the mold and dust issues that they have experienced living here. Recently, I had mold growing in my apartment, while they spray cleaned it, the Home Depot tests that I did show that there are spores throughout the apartment that also need to be addressed. I have been coughing for almost a year because of the mold situation and have had several doctors bills and prescription bills as a consequence. The management has not fixed the systemic issue of poor ventilation in their units. DO NOT GET SICK! STAY AWAY! read more

Don't let the pictures fool you. My apartment is very antiquated, except the ones that are getting renovated after you move out. Some tenants are very inconsiderate/uncouth with their loud music and screaming instead of conversational talking. Talking to the leasing office is like talking to grade school children. Nothing gets accomplished. All they care about is the rent. Can't wait to move next year! The cleaning of this building is horrible. Dirty, nasty rugs in elevators, and freight elevator looks like it never been cleaned. You also have filthy tenants that just dump their trash in the trash room instead of throwing it down the chute. Always, always issues with the air and heat. For the time I've lived here things have gotten extremely worse not that they better when I first moved here, just don't see dog crap everywhere anymore. This was my ideal year to move out of here but got eerie due to the pandemic. I'm really not happy with the environment here but have to make do until next year. My recommendation is you can definitely find better. read more

It's really sad to see such a low rating on this property. I have lived here for over 7 years and it has been a mostly great experience. I would like to address some of the complaint made below. Yes it's an old building with some of the things outdated, but you were shown your apartment from your first visit so it was no surprise before you chose to move in. That was your choosing to move into an apartment that was outdated so why complaint about it after the fact. It's not like they showed you an upgrade apartment then moved you into a non upgraded apartment. The walls are solid concrete, so I don't understand how anyone can say the walls are paper thin. The floors are 4 inches thick concrete, which has wooden floors, padding and then carpet above the concrete floor in order to keep it quiet. Screaming kids and kids jumping on the floor will create noise in any complex. Yes people a dirty and trash are thrown all over the building, that's not managements fault. They do their best to clean up daily. This happens in all kind of community. People are just dirty As for section 8 residence, every apartments complex must accept section 8 in NJ. It is the law and falls under fair housing. Management can't control who qualifies and can be sued if they qualify and are not allowed to move in. There has been a lot of changes in the management office and leasing staff and maintenance staff while living here. It was the same while I have live at many other apartment complexes. The rent here is very reasonable especially since all utilities are included. There is a gym, pool, play ground, tennis court, dog park and reserved parking for a fee. There is also an onsite laundromat for non upgraded apartments that doesn't have washer and dryer their unit. There are many upgrade being done to the building to be competitive with surrounding complex. The have upgraded stove, fridge, microwave built in over the stove, dishwasher and washer and dryer in the unit. So you can choose between a regular apartment or an upgraded apartment to match your need. Of course the upgraded apartments cost more. In certain units the view is stunning and all units except studios have a balcony. Some balcony are extremely large The bad which I don't really consider bad just more an inconvenience. It the same issues I faced at other apartment complexes. The office staff can be better at addressing issues. The don't do a great job of following up on maintenance issues. Maintenance can be a little behind on getting to your issue if its not an emergency but it's usually address within a timely manner. People walk their dogs and don't clean up behind their dogs. Again people are nasty. Being its an older building and the plumbing is outdated. It lead to many water shut off for repairs to be done. Notice is give before the shutdown unless it's an emergency but never lasting for more than a few hours. With the plumbing being outdated the AC and heat are turned off at a certain time of the hear according to the township so it can be switched over. The build doesn't have the ability to run heat and Ac at the same time. While the switch is happening your are with without heat or AC that can be a pain sometimes. Its usually a week or two to make the switch over. Over all it's a great place to live, but you will face issues with any large apartment complex especially a 12 floor high rise. High class or not The schools are within walking distance. The school district is excellent. The complex is in prime location from everything possible. Only a 15 minute drive into Philadelphia. read more

The one bedroom apartment that we have houses the oldest, largest and least energy efficient kitchen appliances that I've ever seen in my entire life. The stove is ANCIENT and the refrigerator even more so but, it doesn't stop there folks - not even close. The kitchen has dark, pressed board, I'd say circa late 60's to 70's cabinets as well. Clearly, the cheapest materials were used in order to just keep the apartment up to code and nothing more. There is no fan in the bathroom and the tiles and mirror are old and in horrible condition. The walls appear to have been painted over several times, as well as some of the outlets. All of the wooden doors and base boards in the entire apartment have splintered at the bottom and top but no effort was made to use some wood putty to attempt repair of these things BEFORE painting over them with primer. The windows are ancient, not double-hung and let in the elements and every single sound, no matter how minute, outside of your windows. The only positive thing that can be said about this place is that there is only one price which includes everything and the door and maintenance staff are as friendly as the tenants. If you can live with worn our carpet, appliances, doors, baseboards, windows, etc. This is the place for you! read more

The only good thing about this place was when I finally drove away with my things and got the heck out! Not only was I deceived but I was lied to from the get-go. When I began my search I was told promises and features about my apartment but never saw the place before my move-in date, the carpet had wine stains, and god knows what oil stains in the unit. It didn't have the shiny cabinets that was once promised and the skyline view. In fact It was never cleaned, after being promised carpet cleanings, and a rug to fix the problem, the manager quit, and none of the office workers filed any of maintenance requests nor did they remember even after showing them the paperwork and copies I made. Grease smeared the walls, and the oven always burnt my food and had caked on crud from the previous owner. My neighbors were a nightmare, music would blast from 1pm on Saturday to 5 in the morning keeping me up and causing me to call the cops on them, but management again sat on their asses and did nothing. My health began to decline as a direct response of the constant mold in the bathroom and marijuana and smoking smells every time I opened my window. It was never quite in the building with paper thin walls always with knocking, and sounds from the elevators. The laundry room was an annoyance with them breaking down ever week to rude people leaving their was in all night! The mailboxes were an absolute joke, little more than a size of a sardine can in which mail was always damaged and smashed in there. The amenities I never used, I could care less to use a pool or a gym. The security of the building was laughable, and now packages are going to be stolen from the new resident access. Hot water was always off--- causing me to have to delay my cleaning and maintaining my day with the stupid maintained requests and warnings including parking, fire alarms etc. the wear and tear of this building I'd showing as prices go up and it's going to shits. Dogs were always a problem with put bulls and aggressive animals still being allowed in, they would always bully the smaller dogs, and one in particular I remember always got aggressive with a smaller one, the dog park was a stupid idea, chicken bones are thrown done on the ground, it's just horrible. Nobody even uses the gym they built in the back of the Toledo building, some kid will problem break their head open. Plus it's not right that people that always work for the towers if Windsor get special treatment such as overlooking the pet policy and not answering phone calls when the office was about to close. After a while the people in the office was always changing and nobody ever kept their jobs long enough including the managers. Everyone I ever talked to was rude and not willing to listen. They were always quick to raise their voice and never handle the matters in a professional way. Some how or other they always forgot and would lie to get out of it. I even as I drove away finally free of these problems, a long time resident heading the wrong way in cursed my life and told me to go to hell. Bottom line, this place is reasonably priced, but the management and maintenance is so bad, that it really almost doesn't make it worth living here. Although, for the last 3 years, the rent has been going up and the quality of "extras" they provide you has been going way down. The people who work here are incompetent and really don't give two shits about anyone or their problems. It's seems like they will just hire anyone. Nothing ever gets actually fixed, it will either get painted over or they will play the blame game and never actually give you someone that will be able to solve your problem. I agree with the other reviews, there is mold in the shower and vents because they don't actually go anywhere but back into the walls. They turn turn the heat on when it's still 75 degrees and humid out, even though multiple people have complained. Plus, if you do live here, don't ever get anything delivered here. The mail room is unorganized and both my self and people who I live with have had multiple packages stolen. What has management done about it, nothing. They say they can look at the video, but won't actually know who is taking what package because it's such bad quality. There are also cockroaches that they say the exterminators come every Thursday, but we haven't seen the exterminators in over a month! They came once, the cockroaches were still there and they said they "put us on the list" to go back to every week. Still waiting for them to show up. When I first moved in, everything looked great, then I realized all they did was do a lousy paint job over everything, including the outlets and the hole that allows us to see into the hallway. Stinks. As soon as my lease is up I'm leaving this place. There was leakage from pipe one day. I was taking shower in the morning around 8 am. The maintenance guy came in with his master key I almost went out naked from bathroom encountered him. He said it was emergency that he had to come in. Made 2 big holes in my closet and left. From there lots of smells and dust came out and I started to have allergic reaction. I notified the office she said that they are going to cover the holes with patch until inside dries out then they will send outside contractor to cover it up. They never covered it up nor cleaned the mess. I called the office and spoke with the office manager she told me they are going to take care of it and they set a schedule to come. I told her specifically to NOT come in the morning time. The outside contractor came in the morning around 8 am. They said office told them to come in early. This leakage problem was taken care of over a month. I couldn't use my closet over a month. I couldn't even invite anyone to my house b/c I had to put out my clothes in living room. They didn't even care how uncomfortable it had been and they kept on saying that it was already mentioned in leasing paper that they cannot do anything. I already have more than 3 leakage here and I only been living in this apartment for little over 3 months. I am so seriously dissatisfied and unhappy with the way they are dealing with problems and the way they treat people. Do not move in unless you like aggravation! I have had nothing but frustration when dealing with the front office, we did not have water for a while in a our bathroom I had to beg for a new stove since ours was broken, nothing was fixed without a delay in request and a hard time by the front office staff. I am so happy to have moved out, I have already told two friends to look else where when looking for a place to live! They even leased our apartment out from under us when we still had time to live there after we gave them the notice that we were moving out. It is just not worth it! read more

This is a horrible place to live. Most recently they started listing rent at $1500 for a one bedroom. Who wants to live in ashtray filled apartment for $1500/month?! This complex will state that there is not shared ventilation in the building but there is, which is the main reason your utilities are included. Due to this shared ventilation system you are subject to living with the stench and hazardous odor of smoke and stale smoke. The air quality is so noxious after several home tests it can be determined that it is not suited for breathing. The staff is lazy and doesn't follow through on anything. They do not even provide proper notification of water shut downs, exterminators, etc. If you place a maintenance request it may be attended to but it may take up to five attempts to get anyone to come to your apartment. The absolute worst part is the allowance of smoking in a shared ventilation building. It is disgusting and outright stupid. I am being forced to vacate my apartment due to my declining health from the smokers that live here. Stay far away from renting a place here. Spend a little more of your hard earned money on a smoke free facility where they care about the property and the residence. CHEAP. DISGUSTING. SLUMLOR'DISH. read more
