Each time, she got a robotic message asking for her name and a brief message, only to be told no one was available. This went on into the next day with no response.When he answered, he was rude and condescending, treating the situation like a major inconvenience even though she was following their stated instructions. He also brought up charging her card regardless of pickup, which may be policy, but it was completely unnecessary since she never refused to pay. He eventually arranged an alternate pickup, which was a simple solution but the way it was handled made the whole process unnecessarily. Simply put it, disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. If pickup changes are going to be treated like an annoyance, don't advertise that you accommodate them.
