They called at 8:30am to confirm the appointment and said they would be running a little late,…read morewhich was fine. Then called at about 7pm to ask if we had somewhere like a garage with lighting they could work in, we told them no and they said they couldn't work on it then. I tracked them and they were 2 hours away so they expected to show up about 9pm and with an expected 2 hour job time they wouldn't be leaving until about 11pm.
