I bought a beauty product for the cost of $117. When I used it I broke out in bumps and it was very itchy. I called to voice my concern that I was probably allergic and was told to take Benadryl. The second time I used it I broke out in bumps again and my eye swelled up. Again it was very itchy. When I talked with Kathleen she said "I suppose you want your money back". I went to Premier Body and Laser to have part of an ankle tattoo removed. I paid for nine sessions and had a total of seven done. After every session, the treated area blistered very badly. After the last two or three sessions little hard bumps started appearing on the treated area (sort of like scar tissue). After the last session, part of the tattoo not being removed began getting those bumps. The last appointment I had on January 16, 2025 the technician (Kaylene sp?) was concerned about the bumps and had Dr. Hagerty come into the room to look at my ankle. He said it appeared that I might be allergic to the red ink (the tattoo was roses with red and green ink) and that is why the rose not being removed was also bumpy. Kaylene and Dr. Hagerty both agreed they should not do a treatment that day in hopes the bumps would calm down in time. Dr. Hagerty specifically said to me that they may not be able to do any more for me and could reimburse me for the remainder of the treatments I had paid for. We decided I would make a future appointment just in case. Kaylene made on appointment for me on March 24th and said she would call me in a few weeks to follow up and see how it was doing. I never received a call and on March 24th came in for the appointment only to be told I didn't have an appointment. After finally getting a hold of Kaylene, she seemed very concerned and wanted to make things right. She said she would talk to Dr. Hagerty and get back to me. Later that week she did call me and had Dr. Hagerty on speaker phone. It was after office hours that they made the call. Dr. Hagerty said he saw no reason why I couldn't continue with the treatments and wanted to know if I was just trying to get my $$ back! Then he said I DID have a treatment on January 16th. Wow! I discovered what "gaslighting" is! But, I said I would go ahead and make another appointment and call the office the next day to do so. But Kaylene was adamant that she would call me the next day to make the appointment because she "wanted to make this right." That was Friday, March 28th. It is now April 19 and I have yet to hear from her. I am done with them, and will tell anyone I know about my experience with Premier Body and Laser. read more

I am writing a review for a fat transfer. This is the short version of my story and encounters with Dr. Hagerty. I started my journey with Dr. Hagerty in 2018 when I reached out to his office about fixing a reaction I had from an injection. The injection I had ate the fat in the subcutaneous fat around where I had the injection, which was the buttocks. Dr. Hagerty was very friendly and knowledgeable about doing a fat transfer to the area to fill it in and make it full again. We had already known it was going to take a couple of times of doing a fat transfer as some of the fat will dissolve after being transferred. I went through the first surgery and had chosen my own compression garment approved by Dr. Hagerty as it would help shape another part of my body that I desired during the recovery process. We determined that I needed to have the fat graft done again because it was not fully filled in, and I also asked to have some fat added to the other side of my buttocks to make it match because now one side was bigger than the other. Not super noticeable, but it was something I noticed and felt when sitting. Dr. Hagerty did a fat transfer to the injection site area again and a little to the other side. I wore the same compression garment that was approved the first time. I wore that same garment out of his office on surgery day, so he saw it and approved. Unfortunately after a few weeks of wearing that compression garment, I started to notice that the garment was sitting along the area we had just added fat and the fat had started to form to the shape of the garment. Upon letting the doctor know when I realized, he agreed to do another fat transfer, with hesitations, to the area to shape it to the desired shape. He normally didn't do fat transfers to that area of the buttocks, but he said he could see how much it bothered me. I had a 3rd fat transfer and wore a garment that the doctor and I chose together to make sure it didn't sit anywhere unwanted. After I healed from the 3rd surgery, the spot didn't look any different than before the surgery. The injection site side of the buttocks still appeared fuller and rounder than the other side. When I was ok to sit as I normally would, I started to notice that I do sit tilted a little and it doesn't feel comfortable to sit on that side anymore. I also really dislike the appearance because it is a very noticeable difference in size and a small flat spot/indent. I went to Dr. Hagerty yet again (4/21/21), and with many hesitations, he agreed to try it one last time. After a some time had passed (12/11/21), I messaged him to schedule for this procedure, and he replied saying that his hesitations grew stronger and that he will not consider treating this area again. I replied to his message on 12/14/21 and asked if he would do a fat transfer to the top area of the buttocks, a spot that he normally does fat transfers, and I never got a reply from him for that. I messaged him a couple weeks later (12/29/21) asking for medical records in regards to me having lipedema and he sent those over. I reached out to him about 4 months later (4/1/22) asking if he would reconsider adding fat to the "normal" area he does fat transfers, and I never heard back from him. He completely ghosted me as if he just didn't want to deal with me anymore. Out of all the surgeries I had with him, I was NEVER given a BBL Pillow to sit on so I wasn't putting pressure on the fat transfer areas. I would have bought one myself had I known it was needed. Now I am stuck with an uneven butt, low back issues from sitting tilted because it's uncomfortable to sit on that side and I also lost the possibility of having surgery for lipedema here in Spokane. If I have surgery done for lipedema, I will have to travel across the state or go to a different state or country all together because I cannot trust that he will help me to the end. Although the injection site looks mostly back to normal, I am not pleased with my end results on the other side. I live everyday still self conscious about the way my bottom appears and uncomfortable anytime I sit. I will have to live with this everyday unless I pay to go to a completely different doctor and risk having to start all over again. Im pretty devastated and disappointed in my overall experience with Premier body sculpting and Dr. Hagerty. read more
