So I was a little bit apprehensive about trying because I tried laser in the past and it didn't work for me but apparently they were doing it wrong... I was going weekly and the estheticians told me you're supposed to go about every eight weeks... Anyways I figured I would jump the gun and try again because let's be honest who the heck likes hair? And I'm so glad I did!!! Everybody is super friendly and welcoming very professional and they'll go over any questions or concerns you have. There was a Groupon for under armpits I start it off with that. I was pre-cautious but I noticed after two weeks YOU can already see some results which I was ecstatic about I quickly added other parts of my body to the hair removal list!!! Thank goodness I did it's been so nice don't have to wax anymore I've barely shaved. And I haven't even finished all my treatments yet. As for the pain what does it feel like? The laser hair removal like a pin prick doesn't hurt not really it's more of an annoying feeling but definitely worth it considering it only takes minutes. But if you are apprehensive about it you can always make a first time appointment and see if you can take it before you buy packages. As for the comments about charging you for rescheduling your appointment. It wasn't true for my case I had to reschedule for the following week and was not charged. First time here. Saw Dr. Dan for marionette lines and thinning lips. First time getting dermal injections. He recommended Vobella. He was patient and cool, calm and collected. I didn't make it easy because I'm scared of needles and it did hurt, even more than I anticipated. It took about 2 weeks for the bruising to completely disappear then I could see what a nice job he did. Marionette lines are gone, lips are fuller but very natural looking. The prices are cheap here which is a plus but there's no doctor or nurse practitioner overseeing treatments. They push all this paperwork on you to sign with hidden clauses. They act like they are giving you a great discount @ 50% off if you pay before treatment but it's just a sales tactic they use on everyone. $ 50.00 fee for missed appointments. I'm traveling for work from Seattle area. I had my first session done back around Seattle area(MillCreek Skin & Laser Center) they are amazing. My first session was amazing, the consult team was amazing. We watch a little Video about how YAG works, and no commitment. I came over to this thought would be good (fault judgement, I just Googled it didn't even look at the review) The price is affordable, however, you paid what you get remember that. So I'm doing the Brazilian area. I did a little bit of research by asking another esthetician in town about this place after I had my first session done. They do have a YAG but it's a refurbished machine, so I don't think it's that effective. YAG supposed to cut of the blood supplies so the hair stopped growing, however, this place did not went over any kind of general knowledge. I'm pretty easy going person hardly complain about anything. This is rarely happened. I committed to 2 session, because I am traveling for work. After my first session, they said I don't have to paid for the second one right now, I can do it later next time, however, I did. The treatment was not that effective, I went consult somewhere else about the situation. I called and asked for refund for my next treatment they said no??? Funny right? I had laser done multiple times in multiple area, never had this experience where I have to pay for what I don't want anymore.. My first treatment at Millcreek Skins & Laser center; my hair fell out right away 3-4 days after the treatment. After my treatment at this place, very poky just like you shaved it with regular razor. So I called ask for refund of my next treatment because I wanted to discontinue since I am not happy with the result, and she said no.. hahaha. She explained to me to wait for 3-4 weeks. However, if that 3-4 weeks they not falling off, still no refunds( and I am talking about the treatment that I haven't gotten it yet) She left a voicemail saying that the treatment affects differently in different people. This is one thing small business like this need to remember about customer right. Customer never have to pay for service they did not get. Lucky, I am only committed with 2 sessions. So be aware of that after they took your money, they won't return it. I'm going to call my credit card company tomorrow. This is so wrong, never seen anything like this before. If you want a quality treatment go to Werschler Aesthetics, they are honest and they know how to run business. You only have to pay $80 more for the first 2 session and after that the same price. They are more professional. No weird commitment like this. Unless you don't have to deal with they just take your money if you don't like the service, they will just let you move on if you are unhappy. And I think that what it should be. I don't think it's right for customers to commit into something that we don't know how it will work out for us. So, be aware of that. Sometimes things that works for others might not work for you and this is not customer fault. Customer satisfaction "Zero" if they have Zero start I'd give them that. The laser center place I mentioned early same thing, you go in and pay per session no commitments. You don't go in then you don't pay. Simple, to me seems like a scam. They just make you pay for what you don't want.. lol I only committed to 2 session, so be conscious about 6 or 8 sessions??? You screwed. read more

I've been to this location a few times over the past few years and I have to recommend their services. In general, no one likes suffering for a cultural ideal of beauty, but I decided the trade off was worth it, especially with all the great discounts they run and the time and hassle I'd save. There is a very real sting to the laser, so you might want to try it out first for one appointment before you buy a ton of packages. It is an investment of time and money to attend appointments, as you need to go every few months for a while to complete the services. They do offer Saturday appointments, which is nice if you are pretty booked up on weekdays. I do recommend advocating for yourself if you don't like the level of the treatment (aka if it is too hot etc.) and I also recommend booking with the staff you prefer, as well as requesting aloe post-treatment. If you leave those things to chance you might not love your experience, but I felt like they were happy to oblige my requests here. read more

First off, let me say: their prices are probably the best in town and they do not sacrifice the quality. The staff here have been SO beyond kind and helpful throughout this process. I can not necessarily speak for results as I had previous treatments at a different location (moved recently so had to finish treatments here) but I can certainly say nice things about the staff. Walked in today and was immediately welcomed and felt like I was "valued" not just "another customer" you know what I'm talking about. Shoutout Christin? I think her name was (purple ish hair) she was my tech today and was so amazing. So friendly and supportive throughout the process. I'm receiving LHR on my face so it's a little bit more painful than other areas and she really took the time to make sure I was as comfortable as possible and I could tell she knew what she was doing. The staff is friendly and understanding if you are responsible and come in when you say. I've been a consistent customer now , they recognize me, and really make sure I am taken care of, as well as feel heard when I come in. If you're consistent, you build a relationship with these great people. I have had 8 laser hair removal treatments on my under arms and 8 full brazilian including my bum. I naturally had extremely thick, dark, and course hair that caused a lot of ingrown hairs and major scars from shaving in high school. I got the 8 treatments for under arms and brazilian on a sale they had and it came out to be 1,300 dollars. After the first treatment my hair was extremely thinner - it has never gone back to being what it was before. But after the 8 treatments and a year or two after, my hair is growing back, not as thick and not as long. It is just so much thinner and sparse than it used to be. I thought my hair would never ever grow back, but that's just not reality I think (if anyone has had this done and NO hair has grown back, please let me know where you went ). I think we go into these spas expecting the laser hair removal to stop any hair from ever growing back because that's what is advertised by models constantly. The truth is you HAVE to keep up on the treatments to get that - and maybe even a bit of shaving/waxing (I prefer sugaring). This spa is great as long as you're educated about the amazing capability our hair follicles have in finding a way to grow back even after being lasered away! Don't have this hairless forever expectation and you'll be very happy and amazed with the results! I had gone to this business before the move to Division street and had great results. But several years went by and had new growth so over a year ago I went back for three seasons. The new place had such poor lighting that the person doing the procedure missed several whiskers each of those three sessions. If the hair takes a few sessions to be completely destroyed then how are they going to eradicate hairs? I had to also explain that I used to go to the prior location and that my last visits they used the higher setting. I could feel it from my results that they didn't listen to that either. Afterwards they would whisper to the owner's daughter, right in front of me, to give me a deal on a newbie account package. I already had bought that deal so was able to buy the retreat sessions to begin with. Again, that was ignored when the sales pitch was made.
