As a result, we are defensive, we are distrustful, and we develop a substantial system to rule out companies and employees who have no interest in actually aiding our fledgling companies. I can say that working with BAMS has given me hope that there are business relationships that can still be trusted, ones you don't have to babysit- check and monitor every week to make sure the dollars and cents are going where they belong. Relationships that go farther than just the money, where people take care of each other and specialists are happy to make use of their skills, rather than fumble to quickly resolve an issue or charge extra for the use of these skills, from what I have seen, the support team at BAMS does not do a job unless it's done right. There is a certain level of invaluable trust that grows when the people taking care of my money show their dedication time and time again, from the inception of the relationship through dealing with the mistakes and technical issues, to the prices which remain the best in the industry... I must admit, I recently jumped ship to a competitor who was offering no fees on your first $50K of transactions. I was swayed by the sparkle of a new kid on the block! Well, I have not yet hit $50K with them, but I am already crawling back to BAMS. You CANNOT BEAT NEXT DAY FUNDING. Even for Amex! I feel like I stepped backwards for my business by temporarily leaving BAMS. I have been frustrated with figuring out when my money would be deposited - with multiple transactions every day, some amex and some not, then add in your cut off times - I could never quite tell what to expect in my bank account the next day. Which, I should also add how AMAZING the BAMS online account center is. You can see clearly what transactions have been run and where they are in the funding process, so you always know what to expect. Whenever I have had a question, Dimitri has been immediately responsive in helping me. I mean, right now he is home with a brand new baby when I messaged him about this mess I got myself into by switching companies, and he still took the time to call me back and help me get up and running again with BAMS. Mr. Nick Said, Business Relationship Manager, told me my company is approved for an SBA loan and that things will take 4-6 weeks to close. Now it is 3-4 months later. He does not respond to emails or phone calls. He sat on my file. In the meantime, my credit score went from excellent over 700 to fair in the 650s, while my business is already struggling which is why I came to them for help in the first place. Now all of a sudden, I am are no longer approved because my change in credit score. Cowardly, he rejects phone calls and has not responded to emails. He told me this by text message that I am no longer approved any longer and their "sorry".

They have great loan programs and rates available for most states that we are interested in. They routinely put out nice online training programs that show they genuinely care about their borrower's success and I have found their terms to be more competitive than most, especially if you're the new person in town.
