BAMS combines very fair and competitive rates with outstanding service. Troy Gladden, our account rep, is easy to contact, very helpful, and prompt in doing whatever needs to be done. The same is true of Ben Abel, Director of Sales, who is always willing to get involved. They were instrumental in doing much of the work required to help us move our various point-of-sales and online systems to BAMS while installing EMV hardware as well. They spent a lot of time coordinating with our different POS providers to understand the various portals and gateways involved in order to oversee a smooth transition of our 5 merchant accounts. While at the same time saving us money. I am thrilled to be associated with BAMS and very appreciative of all the work they did throughout the transition process. And the one time I had to contact customer support I did not get an impenetrable phone maze, but a delightful and very helpful person named Lori Katz who promptly took care of all of my requirements. I did not think that customer service like this existed anymore, especially in the credit card processing industry. Five stars is not enough. We have been through a few merchant service providers. BAMS is one of the best we have encountered thus far, with regards to customer service and low fees! Their processing fees are very good: no monthly contracts, low batch fees, statement fees, etc. Next-day funding has been especially helpful as well. I like not having to wait for my money to come through! Olga is our primary point of contact and she has been there for us every time we have had an issue. Alex has also been extremely helpful. Their IRIS system consolidates all your statements into one spot, making it very easy to pull all the information you need. Dispute Manager is great if you want to keep track of all chargebacks, without the need for physical notices in the mail. Overall, we have had an amazing experience with BAMS. We hope that the relationship continues for a long time. If you are looking for a customer-serviced oriented merchant services company that works on goodwill and low fees, this is the one! ***UPDATED*** I had a very unfortunate first encounter with BAMS, when a new sales representative of their's called my place of employment. He was very aggressive and nasty. After talking to a manager who did not quite believe me, I was insulted and upset, so I left a bad review for this business. Since then the Director of Sales emailed me and then nicely followed up with an email. He apologized profusely and stressed how that the person I talked to was not a correct representation the people of BAMS. He seemed to care a great deal for his company, his employees, and the community they are working with and reaching out to!
