The scans and the radiologist's report were faxed to them the afternoon of the MRI. However, I was not informed of results for 11 days which is an agonizing wait for someone who is a cancer survivor! Fortunately results were fine, but no one should have to wait that long for test results! Trying to communicate with this organization is a pain. Their "patient portal" is a joke. You can't leave messages on the portal. You are told you can text them, but no one ever responded to my texts. You are also told by their voicemail to not leave multiple messages. However, whenever I called trying to find out what was going on, the office staff were polite but kept giving me various excuses that "they got a lot of faxes", or the "hospital doing the MRI didn't send everything" (which they did, twice!), or "the medical records people have to upload the material so the doctor can review it". But 11 days?? Forget it. I will not be returning to Orthopedic and Sports Medicine.

Chastises patients for going to emergency rooms when the pain is excruciating, tells them that they cant do that. I waited for over an hour in the waiting room while he chitchatted with his receptionist. He allows other people into room without treatment, without telling you who they are, and will not make them leave when you ask for it. This is one of the worst doctors I have ever seen. I will longer go to him. I will also be filing a grievance against him with the Kansas Medical Board for malpractice, HIPPA violations, and complete unprofessional behavior.

I had a fantastic pregnancy thanks to his care by reducing my pain, increasing my range of motion, and helping me strengthen my body for birth and postpartum recovery. My newborn daughter also has had an adjustment with Dr. Hutchinson after she was born. He is dedicated to his craft and to holistic healing. I would recommend anyone and everyone to his care.
