I went to Copy Land in Gardena situated in an industrial area and entered an unpretentious front room reminiscent of the 1940's or even futher back in time which to me is cool. A man came out from the inner office and patiently listened to what needed to be black and white photocopied. 10 copies, $3.00. I was out in less than 5 minutes. I no long maintain a prInter at home since I use it so rarely, my ink dries up and jams the ink jets. Waste of expensive ink cartridges so coming to Copy Land is the way to go. Also, I avoided the hassle of photocopying procedure when doing self copy at Staples. No parking lot, but there is enough street parking. 4 stars

I compared prices with 2 other vendors and they gave me the best quote. I was requiring a $3,000 print job, so I guess this was not a priority for them for many reasons. I can't tell you how many broken promises I received from my sales representative. We set up appointments to meet, no phone call, no email to let me know he is running late - hours late. You would think the next time we set up appointment, he would honor it...Not at all. He told me he was running late on other appointments (that were more important than me - read between the lines) I let him know it was really jamming up my schedule when he doesn't keep his appointment, and I got more promises saying don't worry, they'll get the job done in time. I've requested paper samples, and it take such a long time to get back from them. When I review them, they are totally different, because he can't get what I chose. I've requested proofs, it takes weeks to get anything back. No return phone calls, except more emails saying they'll call me back tomorrow. Even though I call many, many times to request changes, either no response or more promises that someone will call me. You may be asking yourself why I put up with this much abuse? I thought the sales guy was a nice guy, and I thought we could be friends, so I told him his actions were very unprofessional, just to let him know my thoughts as his customer. In addition, their prices were the lowest as well, and I didn't want to start the whole process over with other vendors. Unfortunately, here I am with only a few days before my move, without any stationary. All I can say is, talk is cheap, and they sure dish a lot of it out! This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any vendor.

You had time to make reparations before I walked out (visibly upset) and made no effort except to apologize. Apparently you don't mind giving a patron bad service but you DO mind negative reviews. Reviews are our only recourse these days and you need to be aware of that before letting potential customers walk out unhappy. I'll give my business to someone else.

Because of that experience, I specifically asked if they worked with polyester before leaving my shirts. They told me yes, so I trusted their word and paid upfront. When I picked up the shirts the next day, the owner was honest and told me that one of the prints was not straight. He offered to make me a new shirt, which I agreed to. After texting to follow up later, it seemed like the order had been forgotten. At that point I asked for a refund, and he agreed and told me I could stop by anytime. I went to the location, rang the bell several times, and no one came out. I texted again and asked if they could please Zelle me the refund since I had already made the trip, but I never received a response and never got my refund. Unfortunately, this experience ended with wasted time, money, and still no resolution.

The guy said fill it up and sign on the bottom so we did and said it's complete then the lady came and she said you are not supposed to sign you should wait for me so I can see so I told her the guy told us to sign but we can make another copy and sign in front of you and she said no need it's OK for next time. We usually go there sometimes but I think it's time to find a new location or when we get there we should ask the guy to help us. Everyone please avoid the rude lady.
