called last minute to see if I could pop in for a livescan. I had unfortunately misread my email and was in a hurry to get it done. I was assured there was no problem and given good information on parking, they text me directions as well which is super cool. Upon arrival the young man was so nice and he immediately got started with my paperwork. it is a nice clean, efficient space! I needed a live scan as part of a volunteer application and EMA was the required vendor. This was a little difficult given my work schedule/commute, however, I arranged to leave work early and spoke to Matthew to book a same-day 4:45PM appointment (they close at 5PM--very gracious). I thought giving myself over an hour to get to Long Beach from Irvine at rush hour would be sufficient, but that proved delusional. Although I wasn't able to get there until closing, Matthew was completely understanding and able to get me out of there in five minutes. I came 15 minutes late, and he was so understanding. I had to get a live scan in order to take the July bar exam, and the process was quick and efficient. It took no more than 10 minutes and I didn't even have to wait. Also, very efficient at answering the phone quickly, which is suchhhh a plus because most businesses NEVER answer their phones and it drives me crazy.
