We called this place after finding them on Google and they saved us. Since we couldn't drive the vehicle, Don came to us at a random gas station to take a look. He instantly diagnosed the problem and said he had the part in stock back at his shop and could fix it. He filled our water reservoir just enough so that we could drive back to his shop. Not only did he get us in right away with no wait time, but he got us and our Cat out of the heat and let us wait in his air conditioned office, gave us water/soda and made us feel right at home while they worked to get it fixed. He even offered to take us to get lunch while we waited! How nice is that?! I recommend this place to anyone looking for efficient work and over the top excellent customer service!

When my 2012 Chrysler Town and Country had an oil leak, he was the first mobile mechanic to call me back. He went completely above and beyond by doing his research on my specific vehicle before showing up, driving all the way to Big Spring from out of town, and even worked through a thunderstorm. He replaced my filter housing and went out of his way to pick up a new oil temperature sensor that I needed. His communication was perfect every step of the way. On top of being incredibly nice and professional, his prices are unbelievably low for this level of dedication. Finding a mechanic this honest, reliable, and affordable is rare. He has earned a customer for life, a 5-star review for his hard work, and most importantly a friend for the road ahead. He doesn't do this work because he wants your money, he does this line of work because it's his passion to do so. I liked how he informed me and even showed me exactly what was going on. Showed me how to check a couple things and what to look out for. Told me to give him a call back if I notice anything out of the ordinary. Hi, I was in a big…read morebind, travelling from Phoenix to Nashville when my car broke down in Big, Spring Texas. My roadside assistance towed me to their shop - I had no idea if they were dishonest, bad, or what have you. The car was dropped off on a Sunday, so they were closed. Danny, the service writer, called me promptly the next morning, empathized with my plight, and promised they'd do everything they could to figure out the problem and get me on my way. Three days later the car was fixed and ready to go. That is super fast considering they're a busy shop and they had to order a bunch of parts. David Scott was the mechanic who worked on my car. I met him briefly when I came to pick up my car. I could tell he was very conscientious and really cared that the car was repaired properly. My experience with this shop is that they are friendly, honest, dependable, and have skilled mechanics who want the job done right. I highly recommend them.
