Stepped inside office to let employee know and she said that tire shine is broke and they should have it fixed in a few days. I asked "what does that do for me now, shouldn't the attendant have mentioned that when I asked". She printed off my receipt and wrote a note on it and sent me to 19th street location to get it done again. So I go through the 19th location only for it to apply shine on two spots on each tire. Now after hour I was running out of time. I threw my hands in the air and called it quits. I used to use them all the time. I don't know what is going on with the maintenance at their locations. In terms of car wash, this place was sub par. I've been to similar carwash set ups here in west Texas with better end results priced cheaper, then again here you're paying for location. Concept wise= 1 star. I think this set-up is great so today I decided to try their lube center figuring I'd go eat next door at The Smiling Moose. Drove up, no line- score! Then womp, womp, womp those plans are cut short. The cute girl taking my information down is not only on the condescending side but lacked all around in customer service= -1 star. Ultimately, I'll exercise my rights + options and go elsewhere. Seems to me based on previous reviews from others dating back to 2015 they're not to concerned to remedy their ways, don't seem to need business apparently= -1 star.
