He came to our campus ministry house and cleaned the carpets very well. The carpets had not been cleaned in years and there were numerous stains on the carpet that he was able to remove. He worked very hard to clean our carpets and the solution he uses works very well. They leave you a bottle of it for spot treatments. Lastly, I really like their system because it is oil and water free. The carpet is a little damp after they leave because of their citrus based cleaning solution, but it dries very quickly. She gave me a quote over the phone, sent me the paperwork, and we were ready to go. She actually had availability even earlier, but I wasn't in a situation to take advantage of it. The price quoted was very fair in my opinion and my experience. Little did I realize that I was booking for cleaning services in what would be a Category 1 hurricane. The cleaning person arrived as-expected, making allowances for the fact that we were in the middle of Hurricane Debby (we offered to reschedule, I promise!) and most of the roads were shut down already. She did a good job and I was glad to have been able to get help cleaning this apartment, it made a world of difference to us. There were cobwebs left everywhere, kitchen barely touched, garbage cans left without liners , blinds barely touched no floors wiped up, just once over with a vacuum, didn't make beds etc. charged over $400. A genuine rip off. Won't ever go there again, and you shouldn't either!!
