Great service..nice people..On time..made our experience very enjoyable..from pickup and dropping off

We were parked there for a three day cruise. When we returned we found a premier cruise parking sign within a foot of our vehicle and that back of our vehicle damaged. We only have 6570 miles on our car. I contacted premier cruise parking and the female was very polite. She sent me a text and asked me to reply with pictures of my vehicle. She also advised me to go to the 7th floor and speak with the attendant. I sent the pictures then received a phone call from some a**hole that asked me if I knew anything about physics. I asked him what physics had to do with it and he told me that I should know that sign couldn't possibly cause that damage. No sh*t Sherlock. The damage was across the entire back of the car. Its obvious that whoever left the sign backed into my vehicle, pulled forward then dropped the sign. The manager on the 7th floor was very apologetic and I even heard him say "un-f'ng belivieable" while he was taking pictures. He told me that they would investigate and he would call me. Then he asked me if I got gas or anything before parking as if my car was damaged at a gas station and I didn't see it when I parked and unloaded my luggage. I did file a report with Miami PD. The garage has a limited number of cameras so they are not much help. I won't repeat what the Miami PD office told me about the garage. I should also mention that I was parked at the top of the ramp between the 8th and 9th floor not down a row so I had no cars behind me that would be backing up in the directions of my vehicle. Update: Just as I suspected. Its been five days and not one word from the parking garage. Guess it's time to contact an attorney. read more

Very easy to make reservation and great price. However, we decided to fly so cancelled. They called me within minutes to ask why we decided to cancel and let them know were now flying instead of making the long drive. They were very friendly and understanding. Parking attendant on the 7th floor very rude. He was not attending his post when I drove to the 7th floor so I parked. Later when I saw that there was an attendant there, I showed him my reservation number and he told me to get back in my car and get in line like everyone else did. read more

This company is the worst!! No way to start your vacation. We had an empty van still they made us get an Uber for our extra passenger. We even offered to pay extra. Then when I asked them if they help get our bags they said oh no. Then the driver had the nerve to ask us for a Tip! read more

What an absolutely disaster I currently standing on line at this horrible transport company for over an hour with kids that are starving and have rude the restroom to which there is no restroom!!! There are only two vans that are transporting at this point hundreds of people on different ship and to make things even worse the drivers come up and randomly shout out a cruise line and if you get lucky you get on the van - people start stampeding to get into the van.....they do not take anyone in the order of the line they are waiting on, no wonder they only take cash they don't want anyone to do a charge back on their credit card - please steer clear of this transport service what an absolutely horrible experience, unorganized chaos!!! read more

we had a carnival cruise on Sunday Jan 4 2026. we waited 1.75 hours to get to our shuttle. They only used 4 trucks to transport maybe 600 people. When we got on our Shuttle at 12:45 there were another 500 people waiting for one of their 4 trucks. They know in advance how many people prepaid. Run far, far away from this company. After disembarking our cruise, we tried to find out where the pick-up area was. It isn't marked but a helpful person pointed out where she thought it was. We held up our blue flyer as they indicated so they could see where we were for pick-up. And waited and waited. An able-bodied man and his wife came from directly from the terminal, walked up to the waiting van, and convinced the driver that they needed to get on first. Despite protests from our group that they were there first, the driver argued with us that he monitors the area and that this couple was owed a priority spot. That is just plain BS. We then stood for over an hour for a van to come. Be aware that this company could care less about return business. Also, when you go to check in, they want cash. Horrible! Do not use them. They seem nice at the beginning and tell you to call the number if you need assistance or help and then they ignore you. We were literally left stranded on 6/1/26 when we got off our cruise. We got to the area where they told us to wait (blue paper) at 8:45am and stood there for over an hour with no sign of them. I kept calling the number and no one answered. Finally someone pulls up on the opposite side of the terminal and starts loading people from the back of the line! We were at the front of the line and probably about 100 ppl standing and waiting. When we approached the driver on why he would pull in the wrong area and then load people from the back of the line he ignored us and acted like he didn't understand English. We had to call the parking attendant to tell him and he said oh well that he cannot make the people get out of the van now. Then said that the last pick up of the day would be in 45 min. So we already waited from 8:45-10 and he said we would have to wait another 45 min. We had to end up booking an uber to take us to the parking garage. Do not book with these people. read more

This parking and shuttle service is a disorganized mess. When you arrive, you are lines up in the parking garage and given NO additional information. You just stand in line with a couple hundred people and are told NOTHING. When you ask, the employee just says that the shuttles are making trips to the cruise terminal. We were final notified that there would be a 2 hour delay, so we had to take a Lyft. Terrible communication, TERRIBLE organization. PLEASE pick ANY other parking option than this one. read more

Don't bother. I saw this recommended in Facebook group for cruises and I cannot understand for the life of me why. I picked it because it had decent reviews and a shuttle service to the port. There's about two people that work here so when you pull into the garage you have to sit and wait for someone to check you in. Ok, fine. I was checked in then told to go to the 9th floor and to come back down for the shuttle. I pull up to the 9th floor where a woman is standing and I drive by her to pass a spot that was tight so I didn't want to park there - she literally SCREAMED at me to park in this spot. Fine. Parked there. I headed back downstairs for the shuttle. I was the ONLY person because at this point it was 2:30 since it had taken me two extra hours to get to Miami. The driver was on his phone so he hardly even paid attention to me. Handed me a blue paper to with return instructions and had me sit there for almost 20 minutes while the doors to my ship closed at 3. Luckily I made it. Now, here I am on debark day. They say shuttles come every 25/30 minutes starting at 7:30am. I have been off my ship for an hour. No shuttles. I've called 10+ times and no one answers their phone. We used Premiere Cruise Parking on 2/22/2026. We got to the Parking garage at our designated arrival time 11:45am checked in and were directed to park and stand in a long line. We waited 45 min and did not see one shuttle come or go. We were worried about missing ship and decided to walk, which took 1 hour pulling luggage. I thought My wife, who is 69, was going to die. We saw why no shuttles had come, The port of Miami was jam packed with vehicles barely moving. Our ship closed terminal at 2:30 pm, we made it there on foot at 1:40. We are avid cruisers. We where going on a 7 day cruise. We showed up around 1 pm on May 23, 2026 to avoid traffic. This was our first and last time using a park and go service. They operate out of a parking garage on the the 7th level with a max height of 7 feet. My truck was just a few inches of not fitting. First contact with a gentleman was nice, gave us the parking paper and told use to proceed to the 9th level to park. We get up there and we are greeted by a cranky lady that spoke broken English yelling, questioning us why we are there. We told her the attendant on 7 directed us up there. We where then yelled at about the lack of no more spots and we should not of been up there and told us to turn around and try to find a spot I could fit my truck into. We found a spot right next to where the first attendant directed us from. First sign of poor communication between employees. Then we are guided to an early 2000's run down, well abused ford 8 passenger E series van which lacked air conditioning in Miami. The driver proceeded to the port. The van struggled greatly to climb the low grade bridge, we were concerned if it would make it over. I watched the instrument cluster as the engine rpm's continue to rise but the speedometer was slowing down. Once we were at the terminal he told us to meet the company at spot 11. Second lack of employee communication. Okay, off to cruise. Saturday morning we are at spot 11 at 8:15 am on May 30, 2026. 15 minutes later the company van shows up. We go over with other passengers and the drive loads our luggage. Then an attendant, in the picture, comes over yelling, extremely, about how no one checked with him and to remove our luggage from the van, the driver looked confused as well. He pointed to a bunch of people and said that's is the line. There is no signage, no podium, nothing, just a mob of people waiting for multiple different transportation services. Once I firmly advised him not to speak to us this way and to explain the confusion he said there are 80 people waiting for a ride from the company. They only have three 8 passenger run down vans operating out of 2 floors of a condo/business parking garage. That was at only 8:30, with thousands of passengers still coming, From multiple cruise lines. Third lack of communication between employees. As 30-40 minutes past everyone waiting for this poor excuse of a "transportation" company start asking the pictured attendant what's going, where are the vans and as this companies theme goes, he has no idea due to.... Lack of communication!!!! Finally after an hour a nice large 14 passenger van shows up and he just tells us to go with this driver of a different company. Van was nice, cold a/c. That's is it. This driver stops in the middle of a busy Miami street and tells us to exit. As he proceeds to unload all of the luggage, in the middle of the street. He points to a parking garage and said that should be where our vehicles are, but we did not pay to be dropped in the middle of the street and find our way. His van would not fit in the parking garage so that was his answer to throwing us out in the street. Yet another lack of communication. I would not recommend this company to transport temu merchandise let alone paying customers and their luggage. Save yourself the hassle and just pay the few extra dollars a day and park at the terminal. read more

CLIENT BEWARE!!! I had an extremely disturbing experience with this garage and want to warn others. While my fiance and I parked here, our vehicle was broken into -- the window of the roof was damaged and attatchment tabs were all broken off, belongings stolen, and even a personal item from the perpetrator left behind. I immediately provided management with a police report, photos, and documentation. What has been even worse than the break-in itself is the company's complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Despite sending multiple detailed emails and making repeated phone calls, the manager has never once replied or even acknowledged my correspondence. Every time I've contacted them, I've been told to "wait for a response," but none has ever come. Adding to the concern, staff gave me conflicting information about their security: the on-site manager admitted 24/7 security is not guaranteed, while customer service told me cameras exist at the entrance. Yet, when police questioned them, the company denied having cameras at all. To make matters worse, they even referred to the incident as "alleged" despite their own staff confirming the break-in. One of the main reasons I trusted this facility was their advertised claim of 24/7 security. However, after this incident and my repeated attempts for accountability, I noticed that claim has since been quietly removed from their website -- which speaks volumes and attatched below will be a screenshot of those claims. This company misrepresents its security, fails to communicate with customers, and refuses to take responsibility when serious incidents occur. I strongly urge anyone considering this garage to look elsewhere if you value your vehicle and your peace of mind. This review has been long overdue, but I trusted the company to act in good faith. They failed me, so I am now having to escalate and review this service to bring attention. read more

If I could give this no stars I would. Unfortunately I need to leave a review. We were outside Terminal V @9:27a the van goes right by us, as we were waving the blue paper as instructed. The driver was looking at his phone. I called 3 times & finally they answered. The rudest person on the phone wouldn't let me speak! He said last pickup was 9am. That is not what is stated in the instructions. Then he stayed while yelling that the van was every 15 mins. Again not what is stated on the paper. He said you need to understand it's music fest. I said then you need more drivers & more vans to keep up. Long story short as we went back & forth we are waiting for Lyft to take us to the parking lot. We chose this location over the terminal Parking due to reviews on a Cruising site. Big mistake! Paid $18.xx deposit online and then had to pay rest at the location. They accept cash only! They had a driver right away take us to the terminal which was great. The return was a disaster! We waited from 7:50am to 9:15am for a pick up: We saw the same van three times and it was full! We finally were picked up by the 4th van. Meanwhile my sister parked at the Cruise Terminal D and only paid $66 in total and hit the road an hour before us. You have been warned. read more

Attn: Matt Stein We checked in today at 2pm on Saturday Dec. 14, 2024 at your parking garage. Both of your attendants were extremely rude and disrespectful to me and my family. We noticed that it took some time for the cars in front of us to be checked in. As your attendant, Adrianna came to assist us, I simply asked if they were short staffed as it took a while before we were checked in. She replied that they were 'not short staffed' and followed by saying 'what is with your attitude?' This was extremely rude and disrespectful. She ended passing us up and handed us over to the male attendant that was there also. I did not get his name. He was just as rude and disrespectful as I tried to ask why we had to pay the balance in cash? There was no explanation as I kept asking why we had to pay cash. He simply kept saying 'here is your receipt' and 'pay $87 dollars.' All he had to do was explain that the credit card function had crashed and I would have been satisfied. This was a terrible start to our vacation and an experience I will never give your business another opportunity to disrespect us with. I have been in the service industry for over 35 years and have never been treated like this other than a couple of other times. Needless to say, those people never received any more of my business. I will further share my terrible experience on Google Review so others will not have to go through this terrible experience again. It's is now 12.21.24 and we have now returned from our cruise. Not only did it take you 4 days to respond, but you (Mr. Stein) accused me of cussing at your attendant (in front of my children and wife) as a response to the rude comment made by your employee. This goes beyond unbelievable and you sir, are in dire need of revamping your entire operation, starting on how you conduct yourself to the dissatisfaction of customer service. Left two elderly ladies on 7th floor with luggage, one on a walker, had to walk up to 8th floor to pick up our car, after asking driver to take us up. Complete failure at getting people into vans and moving them out. We've been here 30 minutes so far waiting in line and still have maybe 35 people still in line in front of us. Update: we abandoned the line and walked/grabbed a different shuttle! We seriously were concerned that Premier Parking would cause us to miss our cruise ship! And because they are CASH ONLY we have no recourse to get any of our money refunded. Last thing: we told a security guard at the port what our troubles had been and she said, "Was it Premier?" She guessed it! She said they have a bad reputation for being late and unable to deliver on time. We'll never use them again. They oversold and underdelivered. read more

We parked my 2019 F350 platinum dually on Monday October 28 2024. Board our cruise ship to return Friday morning. At 5:47 am on Friday my truck alerted me that the alarm had triggered. I kept locking the doors via Ford pass while my husband was calling the garage. At 6:08 am another alarm triggered then my truck went off the nav radar. We returned to port to find my truck gone. Parking attendant says yeah it was gone this morning. Called 911, the attendants would not even talk to us or the police. Now I find at least 3 trucks stolen from this parking garage in less than 2 months. This place is shady, they didn't even offer to refund our parking. $102 I gave them, so they could steal a $90,000 truck. Now I find that multiple vehicles have been stolen from the garage. read more

If I could give them a less than one star I would. We waited for over 2hrs for a shuttle once we got off. I called they said they have had 5 shuttle that was not true we had people on both sides of the pickup and only seen 2 vans for 8 people on the 2nd van we got 3 people on and then the rest of us the company said not to come get us. By the next shuttle driver. I will never use this company again. When I booked they charged me $20 and then I had to pay the rest when we left fine then I get there I can only pay $70 in cash sounds like defrauding the IRS to me. read more

To the port: I was pleasantly surprised with this parking experience. We found the parking pretty easily and drove up to the 7th floor. I recommend to have one person get dropped off at the shuttle pick up with all the luggage. This will save you the hassle of taking the elevator or stairs. There was a pretty long line but shuttles were coming back to back to bring us to the port. We got on within 10 minutes and the driver was friendly. Back to car experience: When we got off the cruise, we arrived at about 9:15am. One shuttle arrived at 9:52 and there was another couple that had been waiting since 9:00. This shuttle filled up so we had to take the next shuttle. the next one arrived at about 10:06, so roughly 15 minutes. I'm not sure if they didn't have many shuttles running or traffic was just so bad that they couldn't get through. However during this period of waiting, I did see 3 shuttles for safe cruise parking. We may try that next time depending if the prices are comparable. Overall, we would use this again. read more

Unfortunately, I have to give this a negative review as others need to be warned about this. Also, beware, if you book with parking2cruise, you will still be directed to premier parking. We booked with them for a Thanksgiving cruise. I never got an email confirmation except for the receipt. The day of the cruise I get a call from a guy asking about my arrival time and telling me I need to arrive before noon because it's a holiday and they're only open half day (please put that in your holiday hours then!). He also insisted that I "follow the instructions on the email confirmation." When I told him I never got one, he insisted that I do have it and he's looking at it. I asked him to resend it, and he didn't have my email on file (interesting). So, on the already stressful drive to Miami, he calls me twice and tells me to hurry up (I'm already on my way?? Do you want me to speed?) Upon arrival, one of the instructions is to get a ticket from the machine and proceed to their area. They made us park on a different floor and wait for the shuttle where a grumpy driver barely acknowledged us and drove quite scarily to the port. The van has a huge sign on tipping (literally saying DONT JUST WALK AWAY). The driver did visibly warm up after we gave him a tip (yay). The wait time for pick up was relatively fast and otherwise uneventful. What earns this a bad review is the fact that when we were leaving the parking garage, we were charged $160 usd on top of the $70 we already paid. I called immediately and there was no answer. I tried emailing, and they didn't respond. Eventually, after months of calling and emailing, i got ahold of someone, and they wanted pictures of the front and back of the receipt "otherwise I can't help you." When I sent that, they came back with arbitrary requests like front and back of the ticket --- IT LITERALLY GOES INSIDE THE MACHINE. The guy just said he can't help me. So anyways, it might be worth it to get a rideshare or park right next to the port. This ended up being $160+70 for 4 night parking + the headache and inconvenience of dealing with incredibly rude people. read more

I would give this place Zero but I'm not able to. Horrible, unorganized don't care about you at all. Upon arriving at the garage you have to be Indiana Jones to follow the parking signs for cruise parking. Going to the cruise it's an adventure no communication from the staff, they have your money they don't care.Vans you ride in must be hand me downs, dirty, disgusting, but they want tips! Now the pick up is the best part. They don't come, you look like a moron holding this blue paper that means nothing. You call and call they pick up once lie to you then never answer the phone again. You have to take a cab (additional expense) back to the garage because they never come, the group waited 1 1/2 hours, 3 different customers this happened to. When you get back no one speaks English now, (they did before I left) and the office is closed DO NOT use this location I warned you if you do. read more

We have been using Premier for the last 4 years at least 4-5 times a year. We usually cruise out of Miami and have never had an issue with them. The price is great compared to other lots or parking at POM. The staff is always friendly and they do a great job getting everyone to and from POM. One thing I've seen people complaining about is that when you get to the lot they are only doing drop offs. If you get there before 10-1030 am they are only doing drop offs. Keep that in mind. We usually try to time our 3 hour ride from Sarasota to get there around 11 and we have never waited more than 15-20 mins for the shuttle! Anyway this is a great company and service and we don't use any other parking facility anymore! read more
