Watched them wipe the trunk of the cat in front of 3 times!! 3 freaking times!!! 2 different people!! Ours still sat! Asked how much longer and just told under staffed. Asked if I could vacuum car and she said yes so I literally vacuumed my own car! Not even joking! Then finally we moved up and still nobody came over and they started working on cars that pulled jui behind us - NOT JOKING! This might be the worst car wash experience I have ever had! Customer service is not a priority and please don't come on here and say it is bc i watched in slow motion the train wreck of your poorly run car wash! 2nd time I have visited this location in Seneca SC. 1st time I purchased the Premier at $33.00; interior was barely cleaned. Did not get the premier services as paid for. Today, I went and purchased just the super car wash. Thought I would give them another chance. Never again, the interior wasn't even touched. Windows weren't cleaned, they didn't even vacuum the car...... :( The only thing good about this car wash was the machines that did the actual washing. That's the reason for the one (1) star. I realize it's hot; and perhaps there isn't enough employees. However, there were only four (4) cars in front of me. That should have told me something on a Saturday afternoon. I've been to this establishment a few times over the past three years. The quality of the service has varied from fair to good. I typically just do the basic exterior wash and use the self-service vacuum cleaning area afterwards. On my last visit a few weeks ago, the spinning brush unit that cleans the hood, windshield and roof didn't work. After going through the wash I tried with no luck to find the manager to register my complaint. I did speak with the cashier and she said the motor for that brush went bad and they were waiting for the new one to be delivered. I asked why she didn't tell me that before I paid. Her response was that the manager told her not to say anything. I asked for a refund and she declined since she's not "authorized" to do that. I wasn't happy at all but I went up to the self-serve vacuum area to clean the inside of my car. And wouldn't you know it, that wasn't working either! My main regret now is not being able to give a less than one star review. read more

I cannot say how much I appreciate this business. They always go above and beyond my expectations and this past time was no exception. I came in to get my car cleaned but specifically to focus on getting the dog fur out of the back of the back seat. It is the most tedious thing to do as the fur almost weaves itself in the seat fibers. They removed all traces of white fur from the black fabric, I couldn't believe it! It looks like new! In fact, I doubt I've seen the back of the back seat since I purchased my car! Awesome, awesome job! O'Connell and I are enjoying it and we will always come back! read more

purchased the most expensive wash option and was left with dead bugs and insects still all over the front windshield and bumper. It appeared as though the workers didn't even clean the inside as there was still unimaginable amounts of dust on the front dash, seats, center console, and steering wheel. The wheels of the truck were not cleaned properly. The windows were streaked of course, this has been an on going problem. I wonder if the same cloth is used on the windows and door jams, sure looks like it. The tail gate was not wiped down and was streaked too. I probably won't go back. read more

Generally I've had a really good experience at this establishment. Today is a little different. I arrived at opening time and so did about six other customers. While four employees were trying to run vacuums, there were four others sitting under a shade tree watching - DOING NOTHING! I tried to do a review in area so everyone will see and know before coming to this crappy car wash you have people that does the wiping vacuuming and they can't even do their job right. The business gets the money and if you do not give a tip are big enough tip they will pass you along the way thinking that you are not important as a customer. But the employees need to understand if it wasn't for the customer they would not be working anyway. I will never ever ever ever ever try this place ever again because I tried it because it was a new ownership. Which did not change the old employees which will kill a business you fire all your employees and start a fresh and let them know what you want and then you will succeed but bringing alone old with the new will always bring the new to the old. First time trying this car wash in awhile (won't go back) and when I get in my car there are streaks all inside on windshield. Two of my tires weren't properly cleaned and polished. Dust all over my dash. They had one single guy cleaning my SUV while everyone else's car had two people. Just not impressed at all! read more

My experience today was far less than satisfactory. Marcus has gone overboard with automation. Had to use a touch screen to initiate and pay for the wash as the manned station was not open. The menu was confusing and unclear how to get credit for the wash and get discounts due. No one at the desk so no opportunity to cash a big bill for a tip for people work out front. I tried to get this resolved but staffing was so short that the lead person ignored after promising to help. First impressions are lasting ones and the sign in process in terrible! read more

Called ahead to make sure they do hand washes because I have a black car. Pulled up and was paying and girl told me how she didn't like her job, interesting customer service but not really the issue. I pulled around after paying for hand wash and inside to be cleaned. The guy pulled out a large brush and put swirls all in my black paint. The reason I want hand wash is to avoid scratching. Didn't even get corners etc and pretty sure put a scratch on my hood that is deeper. I was inside and heard them hit my mirrors hard with that brush pole. Windows inside not even touched, still have smears all in inside. Definitely will not be back. read more

Use to work for premier as a detailer. Worked on and off 2 years. I recently quite due to what is considered by me as poor managment by the branch manager. I Was fired twice. 1st becouse my carborater quite working and had borrow money to buy a new one. Becouse the phones wouldnt be answered at the seneca store and none of the people working answered there phones I was fired. When I explained the situation. All that was said was that's not my problem Second time. My chimney fell in and I had to fix it before it ripped the ceiling or the roof any more than was. I got fired for that Yet the record at premier will show I've never been fired ??? Why. I've walked awsy recently and wont return this time becouse when I try to speak to managment I get disrespected. Called narcisitice among other varying comments. With this being said. I will say they have great workers and try and do a great job. New owners seem to care for there employees. It's good to finally see something good come around for the employees. read more

This is the second time I have come to this car wash and both times I had to wait an unusually long time. I gave them a second chance today and ended up waiting over 90 minutes for my car. They have at least 15 people working yet my car sat behind the building for 45 minutes while they changed a flat tire and proceeded to put every car that came in after me, ahead of me in line. The young women working apologized profusely while my car still sat. I finally decided to go get my car no matter how far they had gotten. Not sure what is going on there but there is no management or supervision and no one running the staff. It was a free for all. I'm done, nothing express about this place...never again! read more

The actual wash was acceptable, but I am deeply offended that not one employee inside or out wore a mask. Also they did not make an effort to stay 6 feet away from me without a mask. If this business doesn't care about taking care of me as a customer, they can do without having me as one. I purchased the premier wash + interior detail as I always do. This place used to be very good but has really gone down hill unfortunately. They're always friendly and the outside usually looks fine, but the interior really needs more attention to detail. It's almost like they're using dirty rags to clean it? The inside windows are so filmy and with swirls from the (damp?) towel, it honestly looked better before we took it in. There's a comment bulletin board by the door with many of the same comments as this, so I know it was not an anomaly. This past time they also missed the steering column/dash and it was left dusty. We somehow continue to go here because of lack of better full-service options. However, after the past time I think we're done. WOW poor customer service. We just left from getting our car washed and happen to notice, as it was going thru the wash, they had left the trunk open!! When we went out to confront them they tried to tell us we don't need to look....everything in the trunk was wet. They did take it and suck out the water but now we have to go home and air it out. Accidents do happen but the attitude of the manager or person(s) in charge were terrible. In fact one of them left in the middle of trying to resolve our issue!! I've had a bad experience here before but this one is something I have to share. It's unbelievable. Simply unbelievable. Yesterday afternoon I paid $25 for a wash and went through the bay and then waited on the other side while my car dried by the sun and 2 more that came thru after mine were worked on. Asked a kid if they might get to mine soon and he literally came over with a rag and wiped the outside for a sec and just stood there looking around. Told him I'd help if he wanted and he went and got me a couple of rags and I went to work. He mostly backed off then, obviously happy for a break. I just kept drying and polishing. Then a dude (at least 60) comes thru with a Chevy Tahoe and some sort of really profane country music playing really loud, to the point the other customers didn't know if they were more amazed by the f bombs from his huge speakers or the fact there was a woman (me) having to clean her own car. I was furious someone (maybe a manager)didn't tell him to turn it off but nope...he came through the wash and parked it right there with everyone else, got out and turned it up even louder (literally vibrating). So I then asked the kid if he'd cleaned the windows cause I was leaving and he tells me yes...but not on the inside! I came home and finished it myself. This was one of the worst customer experiences I've had in a long long time. My suggestion- think long and hard before going to this place. The bones for a good car wash are there. We have been going to Premier since we move here 2 1/2 years ago, about a year ago we noticed a stark decline in the quality of the wash in and out. We started by simply pointing out the discrepancies (dirty rags used to wipe out interior, dirt in large areas of the car) after a few times we went to management none of this worked, even management was curt and had all the answers. My last visit in Dec. 2012 the blower remove a piece of roof molding the attendant opened my car door stood on the interior floor molding with there muddy shoes and started beating the molding back into place this even drew comments from other customers I was shocked! When the attendant told me my car was done I touched the molding and it came off in my hands. At that point I calmly ask for a refund, the manager said "no I had my car washed". I am on the hunt for another full service car wash **** BEWARE**** read more

I have been to Premier twice now, and although it took close to an hour both times , you can not beat the service you are getting for your money. Detailing a car takes time, and this is basically what they do for a normal car wash. I can't imagine what my car or truck would look like after they detail it. I am a transplant from the north and I would pay $25 for a wash and vac that took 15 min and there is no comparison with Premier. If you are in a rush go to Snappy. Brought my car in for a detail on a Saturday. They normally do not offer this service on the weekend but due to my schedule not allowing me to bring it during the week they made an exception. The guy doing the detail came in on his day off to do this which says a lot considering I wouldn't go into work on my day off. Upon completion I was more than satisfied with the job he done. I just left here with my black Impala glistening in the sun. The inside looked great too. I bought the hand wash, to avoid the machine brushes. I'm down here from Philadelphia and the car was filthy. I hadn't washed it in awhile because it never stops raining! It needed a deep cleaning, and it got one -- for $39 -- maybe a quarter of what I would have paid in Philadelphia. The young woman who cleaned it did a fantastic job -- and I was sorry I didn't take the time to inspect the interior before flying out of there so she would know how much I appreciated it. Another thing -- women are running this place and they are working really hard to keep things moving. I've never been to a car wash where the staff is nearly all women, and I can see it makes a difference. You definitely get your money's worth here and, as one reviewer said, be sure to tip, and be generous. This is hard work, especially in the heat. read more

I took my car in today and spent 37.95 plus left a 5.00 tip.... They did a horrible job leaving water spots and the widows look like they are greasy... I could live with that, however when I left there I went to Wal-Mart to get gas only to find out they stole my Wal-mart fuel card which had about $80.00 still on it. I drove back to premier car wash to confront them. The manager was of no help at all. I confronted the girl who vacuumed my car after she lied about being the one who vacuumed it and told her if she gave me my card back I would not file a report, she still said she did not take it so I called the police and filed a report... I always keep my fuel card in my console so I know where it is. The manager told me I should have not left it in the car...excuse me!!! I don't think they should hire people who steal! I have had my cell phone cord stolen before, how many of us remove those things to get our car washed? So it is ok to steal it because I left it in my own car?? What is wrong with people! 5 stars plus 1 star equals three stars. I took my car in this morning. I was the sixth car in line. The whole process took just an hour and my car looked gorgeous. Five stars. I was so impressed, I took my husband's car back in the afternoon. No cars in front of me. This was going to be great. My car went through the wash then was put in a detailing/cleaning bay. I watched my car being moved up but little being done on it. Finally I noticed them cleaning the outside. When he was done, they moved my car away. We had already past the hour mark here and cars that had come in after me had been cleaned and departed. I asked where my car was going. Was told that per the new owners, cars had to be detailed on the side. BS. My car was detailed out front this morning as were most of the cars in the afternoon. I went to check on my car. It was parked behind a parked high top conversion van. I went inside to check what was going on. I was told I was behind the van that needed to be hand washed. I told her no. I was here first. She said she would talk with her manager. After awhile, they started working on my car again. When they were done, it looked great but I had been there for nearly two hours and 8 cars that had come in behind me left before me. How long would it have been if I hadn't said something? I got a lot of "I'm sorry" but that was it. One star. read more

I used this car wash for a couple of years and always received very good service for the price. Recently, they have changed the layout of the business, adding several cleaning bays for vacuuming the inside of the car and cleaning the windows. There seems to be several new employees there too. I took my Mustang there for a wash on 9/15/2017. When the car was completed, I had to walk up the hill to the new bays to get it and noticed that it was running (first time this was observed). I the car to Lowes on 123 and when I got out of the car noticed that a hole had been punched in the left side of the drivers seat. Took the car back and the manager, "Tameca" assured me that she was the only person who was in the car and damage did not occur there. I personally observed 5 different employees drive or get in and out of the car while it was there, told her this but she maintained that damage didn't happen there. The car seats were fine when I turned the car over to them. Seats in this car are the special order ones Recaro ones ($3,550/pair). I'll never visit these people again - customer service has gone down the tubes and the manager will lie to you. Beware customers! read more

Unfortunately this is the only game in town....I was treated really rudely by the manager today...they have a customer loyalty program, I was in the store on Sunday and was told by the cashier they no longer need my name or number, they look it up by the tag number.... A little odd I thought ...but oh well... So today, being Monday I was back in with another vehicle...a different cashier asked for my name and number ....so, I mentioned the incident form Sunday and she informed me that was not correct....the manager overheard this and said she was present on Sunday...of which I said you were not the one that rang me up....and she informed me that I was not there on Sunday ...of which I responded yes I was.... She was so rude, that I asked for the owners name and number .... She would only give me his name ....refused to give me his number .... Calling a customer a liar is not cool, particularly when I was there and was explaining to her what had happened.... They will soon have competition in this town....
