I had a simple trip check scheduled with Super Service and decided to wait on-site. About an hour later, they told me my brake pads needed replacing and said they could do it that day. Great. But after another three hours with no updates, I finally asked what was going on; only then did they tell me they didn't even have the correct brake pads and had been waiting on replacements. Had I known that up front, I never would've wasted my entire afternoon sitting there. I was finally out the door five minutes before closing, and they charged me nearly $300 for the privilege of waiting around all day with zero communication. On top of that, I have a blood clotting disorder and currently have two clots in my legs. Sitting for four hours straight without warning put my health at serious risk. If they had simply informed me they were waiting on a part, I could've come back later or made a safer decision for myself. I went in to this store 3 separate times this week. New tires then an alignment. Then pick up. Customer service is not that friendly. They were super busy, just not super appreciative of the 1100 I spent. They left my car unlocked with keys in it and told me to go find it at the end of their parking lot after it was finished. "But come back and let us know if you are blocked in." Maybe this is how they treat all women? Won't be back! read more

New to the area and I got a flat tire. After reading reviews, I called Super Service. They were able to get me in the same day. They plugged my tire and put my spare back for $10! Very nice people and everyone else waiting all seemed to have a positive experience. As a female, I often feel taken advantage of when dealing with car issues. Not the case here. They don't do repairs that deal with fluids, but the next time I have a car issue I will call them first. read more

Been here three times now for tires, tire repairs, rotation etc and they move fast and have good prices. Tires are one of the few things you need to keep on top of in modern vehicles so it is good to have a go-to joint for that work. Check em out. read more

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago to have my van to have 4 new tires, alignment and brakes on front and back if needed. They also promised everything would be done by 2pm so I could get grandkids from school. I arrived over an hour early to find out that the lady that made the appointments didn't write them down on all 3 appointment books they work from (completely ridiculous way to do appointments). Before I left my car I was promised that my car would be complete by 2 and I was told they had my tires in house. The tires should have definitely been there at least the day before so they were prepared to deliver as promised. Instead of calling me and telling me the car wasn't going to be done by 2pm it was 3pm when Josh called to inform me that they were really sorry that they only had 2 of the tires there that I had ordered 2 weeks prior. I was very upset bc I had to pay someone to go pick my grandkids up at school. When Josh was informed of this he was so sorry and would reimburse me for the fee I had to pay to get grands picked up. Obviously he has memory loss bc when I went to pick my van up he never mentioned that. Didn't offer anything to make this any better for me. If this were my business I would have offered some sort of discount and also given reimbursement for fee customer paid to get grandkids picked up from school without someone reminding me. The services that was received were good but the whole experience was bad. The appointment books need to be more modernized and or the staff needs to make sure appointments are placed properly. All products should be on premise the day before appointment and if this falls through and customers are just left standing due to staffs negligence then the owner should take responsibility and make it right. I don't suggest anyone go to this place. It was a huge disappointment. save your time and go to a more competent organization. read more
