When Yellow Freight forgot to scan the four handmade box crates in Chicago (apparently quite unusual) and we weren't sure where they were, Scott offered to call Yellow Freight and described the crates so that could be more easily found. He's the owner. He listened to my situation, calmed me down, and stated "I will help you." Word that NO ONE said at the airline nor DDD. I provided him with information, he promised me he would take care of me. I went to bed. At 11:00am, my son received his luggage.
