I scheduled with KERI ENNS, APRN-CNP was very happy with experience especially the CNP she took the time to chat and listen like it mattered and at the end ask is there anything I can help with? I can tell your staff has changed due to the very unprofessional reception you can say what you want, when you speak to the receptionist and their response is what do you need. Right there I know I was in for it. Never Had any trouble before but noticed a change at the front desk. I normally don't get rapped up in that kind of drama. I have been using Urgent Care of Broken Arrow on Lansing street for several years now and really like the service I receive there. Fast friendly service, and diagnose and treatment is right on. Just left there and real happy with Adrian Theerman, FNP-C. He was not in a hurry seeing me, explained his diagnose and plan of treatment. I highly recommend Urgent Care of BA. read more

I hadn't had a physical in a long while- several years, so I wasn't sure what to expect- but I'm so happy I got to see the lovely Dr. Grewal. Her soft spoken manner put me at ease and I was no longer nervous about my appointment. She listened patiently and I did not feel rushed at all. The lab tech was also a miracle worker! I am deathly afraid of needles but I didn't even feel a prick when giving a blood sample. I was impressed. TASHA IS THE BEST!! I have been in and out of this place, getting referred left and right for all sorts of tests. It tends to take awhile to get the referral going, which leaves me waiting (still sick) for days in between. Tasha is super helpful with this issue, she helps speed up the process and I appreciate her advocating for me so so much. Keep it up. read more

I feel that Dr. Troutman is a competant doctor. However, I was less than satisfied with the other services. They sent my lab test to an out of network provider and when questioned, stated that it was my fault for not specifying where to send it, although they do have my medical insurance on file. Unfortunately, this was the 3rd billing snafu in a row, and I have decided to find an alternative. Too bad, I liked the Doctor, and good ones seem harder to find. My mother and myself are patients of Dr. Jay Geary. He has been taking care of us for over 4 years. He and his staff, especially Katie Bolen, go over and beyond the medical patient caregiving aspects. They are genuinely concerned with you as a person, spend quality time with you, never feel rushed or un cared for. I cant imagine going anywhere else for our health needs and concerns. Disclaimer: I am using a family account because I do not have social media and all this is my opinion. I followed up with Premier Family Care after being contacted by the medical director, thinking things would be better. I was met with resistance immediately. I was told by Jeanette that Dr. Fowler does not even have to treat me. She then proceeded to inform me that I would have to go to each of the specialists who would then treat me separately. I am on a very limited income and can not afford to be treated by different specialists. This woman is not pleasant and seems to have a fierce vengeance against me, especially after writing the first review. I went ahead and started to call specialists. I was able to get a virtual appointment with the psychiatry as that is the most pressing refills I would be needing. I talked with the psychiatrist who then said a face-to-face would also need to be done; however, due to the current restrictions concerning COVID we could not meet face to face. I could not make other appointments due to the restrictions with COVID. I called Premier Family Clinic back to let them know the difficulties in establishing new providers during this pandemic and was told they had all met and decided they could not serve me because I had not followed up on their recommendations. I again tried to explain the difficulties and Jeanette tells me this is not up for discussion. I have been officially terminated by a physician I have never met. He is going solely by this woman who is angry with me and I can only assume it's because I chose to write a public review. My chart appears complicated but has been well-managed for two years now by Dr. Childs. Nothing in my treatment regime had been changed so I do not understand why this individual is making things so complicated. I do not have any serious medications like opioids. I have a small dose of Adderall, Cymbalta, Lyrica, and Klonopin primarily. These are not difficult medications to manage and I could not even meet with the doctor to suggest a justified change. I am absolutely dumbfounded at this point. I believe they are retaliating because I wrote a review. I have not been difficult or hard to get along with. I only wrote a review because Jeanette would not even let me speak and I wasn't being heard. I will be going to the Medical Board and to anyone else I can go to. I am left during a pandemic with no ability to find a new provider. I am sure ethical violations exist here. Point is: stay away! read more

I've given this place more than enough chances to get it right, but they just cannot. They have a lab built in, which should be great, but twice when I had blood drawn, the techs did not wear gloves. One told me they can "kind of tell who you need to use gloves with." And both stated that they didn't really have to wear them. The third time, I went to RML to get my blood drawn, where they always use gloves. However, Premier Family Care sent over the wrong tests (old script)! and I ended up paying twice for tests that I didn't need twice. They said they'd fix it, since it was their mistake, but they never did. There have just been so many problems with this place. I don't understand how a medical establishment can operate this way. There have been other major mistakes, like being sent to the wrong type of specialist for an issue. When I arrived, the specialist could not figure out why I was there, or why PFC would have referred me there. The list goes on, like this. Sort of an ineptitude to get it right, despite many chances. read more

My doctor moved to this clinic, so I came here. The lab tech DID NOT WEAR gloves to draw my blood. He was using speaker phone to have a personal conversation then asked them to hold on while he took my blood. This person was on the phone while he confirmed my name & DOB. read more

Awful. The place is okay as far as a visit and cleanliness but they refuse to authorize the pharmacy to fill my prescription...after just 6 months of having blood work done at their place and the dosage hasn't changed in over 10 years. This has happened 3 times and they want me to come in repeatedly for the same thing (blood work). I actually felt sorry for the pharmacist who had to call because they gave some dumb story about the doctor moving to a different "grassroots" practice (thank you, Premier Care, for not informing me at all). I'll be going elsewhere. Good luck to everyone who goes here, they don't know what they're doing. It's almost like buying a car - they have no vested interest in helping once you leave the lot. The receptionists I spoke to are rude and incompetent and have no interest in helping me "well I guess you need to come in and get blood work again." I don't think so. Took my one year old granddaughter in last week. The doctor and staff were so kind and caring. I appreciated that we were able to be seen very quickly since my granddaughter was feeling badly and crying continuously. The antibiotic they prescribed cleared up her ear infection so we were very pleased with her care. read more
