I noticed that my insurance rejected some of the claims due to "duplicated claims". I had to contact my health insurance. Turns out my insurance made a mistake, but they corrected it. However, it has not been reflected on the RML website, so I am still waiting to pay my portion of the bill. I tried calling their phone line the last few days, but it has been busy. We left our phone number, but never received a call back. The email address on their paper bill is wrong. I found the correct email on their website. No reply from their email too.

This is such a sad location. My wife needed bloodwork done for some pregnancy tests. She checked in…read moreat 7:10 with a man right in front of her. 7:40 rolls around and no one had come out to check on them or even made their presence made excluding their talking down the hall. The man stood up and said "this is ridiculous" and walked out. My wife knocked on the door about 10 minutes later and a couple minutes after that she said a lady walked up and was extremely rude and talked down to her in a condescending manner. Basically telling her she will get to her when she gets to her (gave no approximate time on when she could be seen), that she knew there was people in the waiting room but wasn't her job to cater to their every needs. My wife immediately walked out in tears. It is ridiculous how unprofessional the staff was. I have never in my life left a bad review because I know people have bad days and things happen, but when you are talking disgustingly to a 32 week pregnant woman I start to have issues. The rudeness and the lack of professionalism is absolutely baffling to me. Corporate needs to look into this location and changes in the staff needs to be done in my opinion. She later went to the Jenks location and said it was an amazing experience and actually enjoyed them. Everything is great until its time to fax results to my PCP and apparently they just decide not to do it. This last time, it has been 3 weeks since the labs were done, and my dr still has not results even though I have called twice asking for them. Fax numbers were verified when I had the labs done and twice since then. Still no results. I will be looking for a new facility to do my labs
