We were told by legal advice she was making choices in the buyers self interest it seemed but being new to having the funds to purchase we were unaware of a lot of it. Until recently I used her to sell my home . I wanted a quick sale due to Christmas coming and that I had been advised to close on my new house asap . She advised me she had a buyer who wouldn't no inspection I had set my sale price 80,000 less than worth to pay one mortgage . Not only did he request an inspection it was dragged out 5 months of me paying two mortgages. She was making excuses for him and didn't make me aware he was passed his 30 day contract and I could drop out for a new buyer. When I learned this she told me I would have to pay him a law suit . So I asked them to remove it off market and her boss said if I sold it through another buyer and didn't use them i owed 60,000 to them. At the end of the sale I found out that they had used my profits to pay out 100% costs me and buyer were to split and charged me the top legal amount you can charge and paid buyers realtor fees. Also after my lawyer looked over she had been charging me false fees. Currently in lawsuit
