This was one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. The company is completely…read moreunprofessional and borderline dishonest. They showed up late, had no clear idea what they were doing, and wasted a lot of time just "figuring things out" while charging by the minute. The pricing felt like a bait-and-switch. I was given one estimate, and by the time they were done, the bill had jumped way higher with random charges that made no sense. When I questioned it, they got defensive instead of explaining anything clearly. What's worse--the problem wasn't even fixed properly. Within a short time, the issue came back, and I had to hire another plumber to actually do the job right. So I basically paid twice. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. There are way better, honest plumbers out there. I would never use this company again.
