The repair lasted for 3 uses and when I called to ask them to stand behind their work I was blamed for breaking the bolt due to improper use of my old system. They came back to replace the bolt (took 20 minutes, tho I was billed for 2.5 hrs of labor initially) and didn't charge me for parts or labor on the second visit. The owner told me I had broken the bolt by misusing the system and he would not do any future service of my old system, though he couldn't find anything else wrong with it. He was pissed that I asked them to stand behind their overpriced work. good riddance! Do't use these guys!

It broke at 2.5 years (has a 2 year warranty) and when I brought it back they said it is cheaper to buy a new one ($600 to repair). So I bought another one since I liked it so much. This time, it broke at 23 months so I brought it back to have it repaired. They told me, "It sucks to be you because you didn't register it when you bought it." I didn't realize I was supposed to do this. But I called Dolphin the company that made the robot and they said, "Not a problem, it is still under warranty, we'll fix it for you free of charge." I had already left the robot at Watermill hoping they would fix it. I showed up 2.5 weeks later since I knew it was under warranty and thought they would put 2 and 2 together and figure out like me that it was under warranty. The woman at the counter said, "we haven't had a time to take a look at it yet." She then said, "that isn't my department, there is nothing I can do." I said back to her, "If there was nothing you could do about it, then you souldn't have taken it 2.5 weeks ago. I asked for the robot back and quite frustrated I dropped one swear word saying, "don't waste my time if you were not going to fix it." I then left the store and a man comes out to my truck saying, "Don't you ever talk to my employees like that again, if you ever come back here I will trespass you!" Wow, that is all I can say. Never quite had an experience like this at any store in my life before. I'm writing this review to warn others to stay away. I will be taking my business elsewhere. It is not like I did not give them hard earned money buying thousands of dollars worth of pool equipment and supplies here.

My garden is looking great and I even got a compliment on it the other day. I really think it's thanks to the quality of the plants they have here, as well as the help I received, because I do not really have much of a green thumb! I will say I did not take the advice of keeping my peppers indoors when I purchased them in a colder month, but they are still budding/ flowering even though the leaves are not in their best shape, but that's my own fault for being impatient.

When I joked about causing a ruckus and suggested he put my boys to work, he responded in a stern tone, saying they didn't need any help. It felt quite strange. When my son heard a horse and asked about it, the gentleman responded in Spanish, a language neither of us speaks. This left me feeling quite taken aback. Initially, I thought it might have been a misunderstanding. However, when I shared my experience with a coworker, she mentioned that Woods Nursery has a tone that can make visitors feel unwelcomed, which aligned with my experience. It's disheartening because Woods Nursery is such a beautiful place, and one unpleasant interaction can impact the overall experience. I believe the gentleman might be unaware of how his approach comes across, and I hope this feedback is helpful in making the nursery a more welcoming place for everyone. I ended up going to Home Depot and buying the same materials needed for a quarter of the price cheaper.

When we first moved into this house we knew we would have to landscape the yard, both back and front. At first, we had no idea what that would take, and so attempted to do it ourselves. Unfortunately, we had to take the ground level down almost 6 inches which is A LOT of dirt. I knew we couldn't handle that on our own so... Travis saw my cry for help on Facebook and the rest is history. They removed and hauled off all that dirt, brought in top soil, installed all new irrigation as well as a new shut off valve and main line, a drip system, had another company do curbing, basalt rock in the beds, and sod down. They also installed a brand new pump and timer. The previous set up wouldn't work and was even installed in an unsafe manner. Dan made sure it was fixed and done correctly, and consulted KID to ensure the right equipment was used. Dan and Travis Patridge will make sure you're taken care of. Landscaping is expensive, but they will make sure they do it right the first time.

In addition, they grated our horse arena to remove rocks, moved sprinkler heads, and redid our pasture sprinklers. They were courteous and called when they were late or couldn't make it. They cleaned up afterwards and was really easy to work with. We've worked with a few landscaping companies and these guys were the best and the most knowledgeable.
