Mind you, this is the weekend before July 4th, Monday is July 1st. Several more phones with the same response of "well, we'll let Daren know" and that's it... July 3rd at noon the pool was still not done. Called the owner 3 times with no response. Notified the office and finally get a call back around 5p stating the pool was done and that I would be added to the weekly service. Guess what... THEY DIDNT SHOW UP AGAIN! And the pool is green! Do not use this company! I went to Watermill across from the mall, they were excellent. Actually explained everything to me, what to add to the pool etc! If you want to get told several times they would be there or "we will let Daren know". Then A1 is the place for you... if you want someone that takes the time to explain to you what the pool needs, shows you how to run the pump (if you're new like me). Then go to WaterMill!

I also am not very happy with having different people come often. I would think they could be consistent with those that clean and have the same guy come each week.
