I've been coming here for years, used to see Dr. Stalek but I'm now seeing Dr. Scott. I recently was diagnosed with COVID and needed a telemedicine appointment ASAP because I was concerned about my symptoms. Dr. Scott took me that same day and helped put my mind at ease and answered any questions that I had. He also urged me to come in once my quarantine was over to get checked out and make sure I'm all good. I'm very grateful and will certainly be coming back here for the foreseeable future. read more

This is a garbage practice. Not because the doctors are bad but because the woman who work there are rude as can be and do not treat you like a human being. Also, they can not get their accounting straight. I paid my copay every time I was there yet I keep getting a bill. Very poor customer service skills. Stay away!!!!! read more

Don't go to this Medical facility. My mom went to this office twice and the first time she was seen by a female doctor that she didn't like cause she wasn't professional talking to her so she told at desk if next time she could see another doctor cause she didn't like this one. When she came back she had to see the same doctor since the others weren't available. While she told her my mom that she has diabetes without telling her which type of diabetes or any information about it or how to take care of herself she asked her why She went back to see her again if she didn't like her. My mom told her why but She found this so uncomfortable and rude. A profesional doctor would never ask but she only proved that my mom was right about her then she tells her that my mom needs to lose wait when she's not overweight. My mom might have diabetes but We will look for another opinion because with this experience I don't trust anything that woman would said to her. read more

I used to love going to this office when Dr. Koch worked here. The ladies at the front desk weren't the friendliest but I kept coming because Dr. Koch was so friendly, thorough, and cared about her patients. After she left to go to a different office, I tried Dr. Stalek. I have never been so disappointed by a doctor. She was a nasty b***h. What upset me the most was when she was saying bad things about my old doctor, Dr. Koch. I found that extremely unprofessional. With Stalek's horrible attitude, coupled with the receptionists' bad attitudes, I will not be coming back to this office. Very friendly staff and is the first doctors office I have been to that does not over book and takes you in at your appointment. I see dr. Stalek but have seen dr. Koch and the PA. I highly recommend this office. read more

Used to be a great office. Love Rob and Dr. Stalek. Cathy at the front desk is rude and makes her own rules. When I was out of medication, she refused to refill it until I saw a doctor, meanwhile Rob told her to refill it. I went five days without my thyroid mess. She's not a doctor to make those decisions! She cancelled my appointment today and blamed it on Aetna. I called Aetna to verify and they said it's not their policy like Cathy claimed it was. When Aetna called Cathy to clear it up, she was rude to Javier from Aetna as well. Doctors, wake up! Your front desk staff is your first and last impression. read more

One word: Horrible. I tried Rebecca Stalek after Clare Koch left. Dr. Koch was thorough, patient, kind. I stayed here after she left and decide to try Dr. Stalek and it was the worst mistake of my life. I left the office in tears because of her. Since this office was taken over by LIJ it's become a business oriented office and no longer is the professional medical office I used to love. Dr Stalek is one of the most rude and arrogant mds I've ever met. When I first met her I thought she was thorough, but when I had to have my yearly physical with her when I couldn't make an appointment with Rob she barely listened to me and barely assessed me. When I told her I started getting migraines she told me to write down in a diary what precipitates it like after a night of drinking. But this wasn't a joke she was serious. I don't drink. She also didn't realize or care to read my chart ever that I also work in the medical field. Again I blame LIJ red tape for having problems getting my prescriptions renewed and making appointments when I've never had a problem before with this office. If I could give this office zero stars i would. i absolutely hate this office. Each staff member is more rude than the next...which I guess speaks to why there is always a new nasty idiot behind the desk every time i call or go in. The only reason I keep going to this office is because I love PA Rob. Other than that I dread calling because they are so unaccommodating and apparently are "always booked" and they do not work with you to get an appointment, let alone even care why you are calling. I've never in my life hated an office as much as I hate dealing with and coming to this one. They should be ashamed of their front desk staff being the first thing their patients have to deal with when calling or coming in. I am seriously considering switching doctors all together because of how terrible the front desk staff is. As far as the drs go, aside from Rob, I have seen every other Dr in the office and I am unimpressed. read more

terrible customer service, and none of the workers communicate with eachother. i made 4 phone calls just to ask for a referral." leave a voicemail, leave a voicemail" , then go on to explain what I need, then someone will call you back. .days go by with nothing, finally someone calls a week ago, she says..please tell me why youre calling... really how f'ng stupid are the staff here? She tells me we will call you when the referral is ready... its been another week, and left yet another voicemail, its been 2 days again. Useless waste of time practice. I've been coming here for years. They're so nice and efficient. It's definitely different now that they're under LIJ but I still like going there. I certainly have a favorite doctor- I always see Dr. Rob. He knows me best and always gives me the best care. I'm not familiar with the other doctors, and not fond of one in particular, but I have no serious complaints. The ladies at reception are the best. I am very sad that Pat has retired but everyone does a great job. I'd highly recommend this office. read more
