He found it. A terrific and caring staff . . . confidence and encouragement. Soon the staff as asking m why I didn't try it . . . I was an older parent, in my mid 50s, who had not worked out in years, was overweight and out of shape, and had a bad back and arthritis to boot. I thought they were crazy, but their gentle encouragement, and my desire to get healthier made me give it a try . . . And the change was incredible. I am 30 pounds lighter . . . my arthritis, which used to affect my knees terribly, is much less a problem . . . I feel better and more energized . . .
