I arrived for my appointment for a Botox injection in my neck, and was told I could have done the appointment by video. Hmm, I thought to myself, how do I get an injection without physically being there. Turns out my appointment was "for insurance purposes" and that the injection would be my next visit. Well, that's a new one and I decided not to take the appointment. In a couple of days I began getting billed for a missed appointment. I don't like the idea of two appointments to accomplish what had previously been done in one visit. Sounds like bogus revenue generation to me and perhaps the Medicare fraud unit wants to hear about it. Whatever, I've got better things to do and writing this feels so much better than anything else! Got seen to get a referral. Nothing was done besides being told that I have to do my own research. I received the bill for the visit and it was nearly $1,000 for someone to tell me to figure it out for myself. If I wanted criticism like this I would just call my ex-wife. That visit would be free of charge and the same outcome. read more

Approximately a month ago I left a review, stating that Doctor Yono refused ordering a MRI on my cervical spine. I told her nurse practitioner Alyssa that I was dying in pain in my neck and both arms. I also assured her, that I felt something had changed in my condition. Approximately 3 weeks later, after numerous calls, i got a response from an assistant. PER DOCTOR YONO, Your MRI IS "NOT NECESSARY". Doctor Yono or Physicians Assistant Alyssa refused to talk to me direct, which was requested!! Since then, my MRI was ordered by another doctor that had All My Records. The new MRI showed I probably need more surgery and immediately set me up with a Neurosurgeon , because of numerous changes involving herniation, since my previous MRI 11 months prior. The DIAGNOSIS was completely missed by Dr. Yono's Group Premier Neurology and there was no concern from her to me! During this fiasco, Dr. Yono sent me a letter in the last few weeks, discharging me from her future care after 5 years or more of going to her! Not so much ,as an apology from her or Alyssa. read more

I would highly recommend this office. I took my son in for sciatica nerve pain earlier this year after doing an Lumbar MRI recommended by his chiropractor, we saw PA Keener. They called today and said the Dr would be out that week and they could not get me another appt till Mid June. I saw Dr. Colton Keener 1 time. He was a nice guy, very knowledgeable and professional, but also cracked a few jokes to keep the conversation light and flowing. My one star review is for their front desk answering ladies. I called yesterday at around 4:50 just to see if I had ever scheduled a follow up appointment. I was then put on hold until exactly 5:01 when the receptionist came in and said sorry they close at five, call back tomorrow and just hung up on me. read more

I would just like to say that I am under the care of P.A Colton Keener for a rare condition called trigeminal neuralgia. I have dealt with this since 2006, but was diagnosed in 2015. I have seen many "physicians" known to man, no one knew how to help me so I lived in pain day in and day out, my quality of life completely diminished. I finally found Colton who not to mention isn't even a doctor. This man saved my life by prescribing me Emgality. I take 3 shots every month because my pain is so excruciating. I am forever grateful for this practice and your staff. I thank each and everyone of you for helping me stay out of pain. AVOID THIS DOCTOR. We set up an appointment with them a month prior to the actual date of the appointment. They told us our insurance was accepted. Over the next 6 weeks, we didn't hear a peep from the doctor's. The day BEFORE, less than 24 hours to the appointment, they inform us that there is a $200 payment required. Something they had all 6 weeks to inform us and my wife works for central scheduling for HCA, one of the largest hospital corporations and none of the doctors she has ever worked for pulled this last minute shit. So we told them since its a large amount, we wouldn't be able to pay the full amount. I offered $50, they said they would need $100 to $150 min, so I offered $100. She came back with said no that won't work and I said how come since you just said I would need $100 to 150. She said she was just relaying the message. I had previously asked to speak to the practice manager or the person in charge of her, she said they weren't there. So I asked to speak with whoever she was speaking with and Brittany or however her name is spelled, hung up on me. This is some of the most unprofessional sideblinding bullshit I have ever seen in my life. It is completely unacceptable they waited to the very last second to blindside us and then state an acceptable amount and then retract it when you said you could pay that. My wife had a major neurological situation recently and we needed to get her an MRI asap. We have already waited 6 weeks for this appointment to be pushed back further due to bullshit on the doctor office's end and terrible practices in place. Totally unacceptable and I wouldn't dare give this shit eating company any money and I hope it burns in a fire. read more

I have waited 3 months for my appointment today. I received a text message during working hours and I was unable to answer the phone to confirm my appointment. The office cancelled my scheduled appointment because I did not personally pick up the phone and call them to confirm. I work in Fort Pierce and have to travel to Stuart for my appointment. Now I have no appointment and I've lost working hours. I waited on the phone for an office manager was kept on hold 4/5 minutes, I called back and was once again put on hold. This place is absolutely ridiculous and wasted my time today. I will get my medical records and go elsewhere. read more

I dont even know where to begin. I initially was referred by my orthopedic for a nerve study. They book me for the 1st so I go in at 8 am like they told me... they are not even open until 9 and when I finally got in, they told me it's now on the 8th? They give you a "courtesy" call the day before . No voicemails either. Now fast forward to this am. I arrive at 7:45 since they told me to be 15 minutes early to my 8am appointment. NO ONE IS THERE. I knock, nothing. Call twice ... surprise surprise nothing. The doctor walks up and I asked him if it was okay to come in. So I sit wait... 30 minutes goes by and now the girls are walking into the office. Why tell me to be there 30 minutes prior for paperwork when you know you won't be there? They are rude on the phone, rude in person and just dismiss you. As for Dr. Khashoudy I don't really have anything bad to say. He was kind, didn't really help me figure out what's wrong but at least was kind. Don't even bother with these stuck up little girls. Worthless. read more

First, let me introduce myself, I'm a single mother raising my twin daughters from the time they were 1 and a half who are 5 and will be turning 6 this year all by myself. I suffered a very traumatic event in 2013 (which I informed the doctor about at our first meeting) that left me with debilitating migraines which I thought I grew out of as a pre-teen and teenager. Second, this is the one of the one of the WORST doctor's office I have ever had to deal with. When Dr. Kashouty uped my topiramate it gave me pain in my brow bone to the point that it felt as if something may burst in my brain, blurred vision, difficulty recalling words, and an overall sense of being unable to communicate with others. However, after looking on the internet the medication can cause PERMANENT BLINDNESS! So I stopped the medication cold turkey (I DO NOT advise this to anyone) however upon stopping the medication the pain also stopped. I called the doctor's office to inform them of the pain considering the difficulty communicating, the doctor's advice was to take more pills. I had a seizure shortly after being present while my Aunt died and my mother got cellulites and was admitted to the hospital. Dr. Kashouty's office then tried to put me on vimpat. Vimpat is an extremely expensive drug. I only received a 5 day supply from the pharmacy to the tune of $88.53 so I once again went online to look for some sort of program that is sometimes provided and there on the MANUFACTURES website it advises the patient to tell their medical provider if they have depression, mood problems, suicidal thoughts or behavior, have kidney problems, have ever abused alcohol, or prescription medicines. Those are NOT the symptoms...these ARE the symptoms: worsening anxiety, worsening depression, thoughts of dying, attempting to commit suicide, violent behavior. When I called to tell the doctor that I was on Zoloft for depression and suicidal thoughts, the office girl called back and told me that he said to try it and see if I have a problem. Further, this doctor's office never did an ounce of blood work on me, and I was certainly left with the feeling that it was more important for him to shove pills down my throat than to consider my life, the demanding nature of it, and the fact that I can't be taking something that could make me kill myself when I have two little girls to look after.
