I called to speak to the billing manager Marife, who as per CAROLYN SEYLER was not in the office and I can call back tomorrow. Therefore, I spoke with CAROLYN SEYLER who just wanted me to pay without any explanation! CAROLYN SEYLER was yelling and said she couldnt explain the bill. When I told her I was told they could assist with breaking down the bill she continued yelling I advised her that shes being unprofessional and then she hangs up on me! How professional! Besides being rude and unprofessional CAROLYN SEYLER is obviously incompetent. I regret going to this office. I should know what I am paying for. Take my advise and do NOT support this business. I received a call from Marife who stated she is working from home today. Marife explained everything to me specifically that I haven't been charged the insoles at this time, the percentage my insurance covers and that I have to pick them up first then they submit to the insurance company. I made the payment on the balance she confirmed my email which was incorrect she stated she would make the corrections and would emailed me my receipt. I then advised her of what had occurred Marife stated she would speak to the doctor regarding my concerns. The customer service was the total opposite of what I received from CAROLYN SEYLER. They respect their patients' time: if you make an appointment and go in, you won't wait more than 20 minutes to see the doctor. Dr. Ramos is a very professional and caring podiatrist. Most importantly he is an honest man and is very realistic about what you should be expecting during the healing process. And he cares enough to PERSONALLY CALL YOU after a surgical procedure to check up on you. I've had a few surgeries done on my foot from Dr. Ramos and his bedside manners are professional and he cracks jokes to calm his patients down. The staff always are smiling and are in a good mood and will answer your questions if they can. The facility is also bilingual - the entire staff speaks Spanish and English which makes it easier for Spanish-speaking customers. If you have foot problems give Dr. Ramos a try. And be patient. He's a doctor not a magician. Follow his instructions on how to take care of your feet and you will help the healing and minimise the pain. I highly recommend this place to everybody. Worst part of Dr. Ramos: his jokes are sometimes lame. Lol!!!

This place does not care about patients -- period. I dared to complain about their terrible service to their face, and their response? They blacklisted me. Told me the doctor wouldn't be available for three months because she was "in Florida opening a new office." What a joke -- I know for a fact she was still seeing clients. Just not me. They made it clear: complain, and you're out. Even more absurd, the doctor only does Zoom calls when she is in Florida, but still makes patients go into the office so staff can "host" the call while she benefits from "seeing" patients from both offices. Milking the system!!! Are you serious? You're either available for patients or you're not -- pick one. But don't insult people's intelligence. They also refuse to do any legwork regarding insurance coverage for medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, or Zepbound.
