Instead, I spent all of yesterday calling their office -- fifteen times -- during business hours, only to be repeatedly ignored, placed on hold for long stretches, and even hung up on. There was absolutely no reason for my calls to be brushed off like that. The lack of care, communication, and professionalism created an unnecessarily stressful situation, one that no patient should ever have to experience. Because of this, I had no choice but to schedule with another practice first thing this morning. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and urgency, especially when they've entrusted a practice with their health. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope this review helps others avoid the same frustration.

It did not work, and I called back over the weekend (was told that I could and should do this by Shawn), and received no help at all. Called again today to get an appointment (Monday), and now also have a urinary tract infection. I was told that Shawn might just want to prescribe without seeing me (really - for a new infection?!). She never called, and never prescribed. I still have an infection, and can only imagine that it will get worse the longer it goes on, not to mention how uncomfortable I feel. This happened last year as well, and was partly due to doctors and office staff trying to leave information at the wrong number, despite my repeated attempts to correct this and get them to leave information on my home number. I am seriously considering leaving this practice.

Dr Abdelhak is a high risk pregnancy doctor, and I felt at ease under his care. Dr Ratzerdorfer delivered my first and he's truly gifted at what he does. Complicated delivery with so much ease and confidence, that I trusted the process and his decisions comfortably. Dr Resnikoff delivered my second, and she made the whole experience so smooth. She was very calm and approachable throughout the pregnancy and delivery. Highly recommend this practice.

I have read some of the reviews here and I respect everone personal experience. I had my first…read morevisit and I will affirm that overall it was a positive experience. What I will say is that the staff at the front desk and at the intake process may be curt but they ultimately respectful. I work in customer service and I can sympathize with what they go through. The daily workload is taxing to say the least and the constant exposure to people can and does wear people down. To cope, niceties are given the boot and people stick to just the facts. Ultimately behind the facade I could tell that the staff care. They are just trying to survive. Once I saw and interacted with Dr Winsome Parchment I was very grateful that I allowed myself to go through with the appointment instead of cancel and reschedule with another practice.
