It was a long drive but it was worth it 100% I went to see a few others prior to her in Qns NY and due to my past surgery i always got scammed to pay to visit fees and asked to take expensive test i couldn't afford, with all the offices refusing to treat me due to a titanium plate i have in place on my back to hold part of my top spine in place. Anyways she she the only doctor to tale her time and ask me many questions regarding my injury and my pain and not just rush me to do this exam and send me with referrals to see to other facilities for testing and so on. everything was done in house. She gave me shots blockers as i requested and bot steroids that in the past got me moody and gained weight. Today i woke up and first nite of great sleep and feeling alive and hardly any pain. I feel like a new person right now and this morning and ready to start my life again with my son i was so limited in travel due to my prior doctor always wanting me to go see them for exams and meds and just bang me out with co pays fees and exam fees i cant afford and taking money away from my family. Today i can honestly say Thank you so much and also the staff thats super friendly and companionate that they treat u like beat friends and not drug addicts walking in to the facility like most places do. I highly recommend this place if you are serious about living a better life with no pain even if its a few days or a week its worth it to be able to enjoy sleep and just not be doing pain meds over and over and feel like you have no other choice . I had gone from working & going to school full-time to being unable to attend a even a single class reliable and made it impossible to work, sleep, or move normally. When numerous other physicians failed to provide relief through meds or attempted procedures and gave up; Dr Koppel developed a treatment plan and we started investigating other procedures that may help. Even though we didn't find a solution over night Dr. Koppel kept trying to find options and eventually found procedures in my neck and back which allowed enough pain relief to develop a new treatment plan and I was able to slowly return to work and school. Dr Koppel has enabled me to return to work full-time and to finish the bachelors degree that had been missing just two semesters. I've now returned to being a functional member of society thanks to Dr Koppel's expertise, experience and compassion.

I have been to quite a few doctors during this ordeal and not one has come close to providing the care Dr. Pathare has given me. His excellent bedside manner has allowed me to feel very comfortable discussing my symptoms and creating a plan with him to alleviate my neck and back pain. I even switched my insurance plan to make sure I am able to continue seeing him after my no-fault insurance has been exhausted! His staff is just as wonderful! I'd also like to point that prior to coming to his office, I went to see a different physician in the same specialty that I was referred to by my attorney. I did not see the attending until the end of my appointment. That office had a dozen residents, PA's, and nurses, seeing the patients to report back.
