There's is a tiny waiting room in an almost Tiffany blue building on a stretch of Westchester Ave. that sits between the Middletown Rd. train station & a quiet little nabe. The building is shared w/ a pre- K school for lil ones- I mention these details because if your not careful you could drive right by it. My therapist is a very serious but sweet young man named Mr. Perez- very professional & very good at what he does. I was walking w/o my cane after just two visits!!! He really stretches my muscles, give them a good workout. My leg muscles are getting stronger with every visit. I'd recommend this place to everyone. The other therapist are equally sweet/ professional with all your best interests at heart. Office staff etc. everyone's very professional & timely- I've NEVER had to wait for my sessions- I get there on time- we go to work. She works on you using TENs and another muscle simulator that does sound waves, followed by a massage and teaching you exercises that you can also do at home. When I first started my therapy four months ago (wow), I was on the fence about this place and almost gave up. It's the first time I have ever really injured myself, especially my knee, and didn't really know what to expect. I went through several PT's there and wasn't really happy with my experience at first. However, after being shifted around to several therapists, I finally landed in the hands of someone who I felt the most comfortable with. She's very professional, personable, passionate about her patients, informative, and most of all really sweet. I can go on and on! You can tell when someone really Loves their job and is passionate about what they do. With that being said, I would totally recommend this place to friends and family. I would especially recommend that you get with the PT(s) that took care of me, Christina Brigante. She's awesome and knows her stuff. She will get you back to better in no time. Even though Christina was my favorite (LOL @ Nick), I have to give a shout out to Nick Malize! He was my second back up PT and was also fun to work with.
