My car was in bad need of TLC... Since I started working from home, it hardly gets moved. The dust and water spots were horrible. I was embarrassed to be seen driving it... The 5 stars everyone gave this guy made me call him to detail my wife's SRX. However, I didn't get 5 star service. First off, he said he would detail the car including the engine. After he was done my wife called me and said he wouldn't clean the engine because it was a hybrid. A HYBRID? Since when did Cadillac make a hybrid SRX? How does someone who works on cars not know what a hybrid is? Either ignorant or taking advantage of a woman. Either way we paid full price and didn't get full service. The interior came out good (leather seats aren't too hard to clean) but the exterior was way below average. He supposedly used a clay bar and wax but the paint was not smooth to touch at all. I got better waxes at the local car wash. And the door jams were not even cleaned. Still dirty. Door jams are cleaned even with $10 car washes! I called him and he said he would come out right away and do the engine and I told him OK, come out to my address....pause..."I'm out by the Hollywood Bowl right now". BS I knew he just finished a second car at my wife's work in Hacienda Heights...no way he's at the Hollywood Bowl, during rush hour! All in all, I felt he took advantage of my wife and did a terrible job and not honest at all. Considering mobile car washes/detailers are a dime a dozen, you think he would have made an effort for repeat business. Next time will be calling someone else. read more

He responded quickly with the amount and confirmed he had gift certificates. Well, I must say I tried a small guy business and I was totally disappointed. I called up and discussed what would be done, wash, vacuum, polish, etc. for $140. Thought it was rather high so I asked if he did engines too? The owner said he would throw it in. He scheduled me early morning because it was gonna be 3 hours. Ok.. The Friday comes and he's late.. He texts and says he has to blah, blah, blah and he'll be here half hr later, turns out he was 45 minutes late. Ok so he starts on my vehicle, I go out to check about an hour later and he's working, great but he had to stop to tell me about he was up until 11 pm or so working out cuz he's a trainer and he's 60, ok great he works out but at that point am I suppose to say he looks great? Puleeez, less jaw jacking and more working,Time is money, chop chop! I give him a bottle of cold water and I go inside. I go out again an hour later cuz I don't want to waste my whole day on my car getting "polished." He goes on to talk about this business and his sons in the bus too. Once again, big deal get done! An hour later I come up to see if he's almost done and he says he was finishing up. I asked about the engine and he say, "oh, I can't do it because blah blah blah." Really? He still charged me the same amount of money and he didn't even clean under the snug top, another excuse! The short of this is, to expensive for a job you can get at any car wash place for less money! Less time wasted too! And most of all, for a way better job done! Will NOT CALL AGAIN! read more

I own a grey 2006 4 door Honda Accord and I desperately needed a complete detail. Granted my car was in good shape but a complete detail was still long overdue. After looking around online I found Carlos on Yelp and noticed that he was based in nearby Whittier. He came to my house on a monday afternoon and made my car look just like it did when I drove it off the lot when I bought it brand new 6 years ago. Wow Carlos did such a amazing job. I never got my car detailed before and after 4 years of eatting, drinking, having animals in the car, and etc. There were some major stains in the carpet and on the center console. Carlos took his time and spent 4 hours cleaning it all up and took out all the stains. It look so beautiful and brand new that I almost couldn't drive it or believe it was my car. At first I was a skeptic. My mini van took a beating for past 7yrs. It was filthy! Not to mention, 4yrs of baby/toddler abuse. So I wasn't expecting much when I made the appointment. Boy was I wrong! This is the second time Carlos has detailed our Prius. The car was in pretty bad shape both times with stains all over our light interior. Carlos left the car looking like new both times. Carlos detailed my "mommy" SUV today, and he is the definition of a true professional. My 15 month old son managed to get avocado in those holes on your seats that are meant for heating and cooling. Carlos detailed my 2010 GMC Terrain. Got the full detail and let me tell you that I'm very satisfied with the work that he did. He left the car looking better than when I took it home from the dealer. I had some scratches that he buffed out and water marks on the paint & wheels that wouldn't come off with a regular wash that he took care of. There was not an inch in the interior that he did not clean. The interior looked brand new. I will definitely be calling Carlos again in the future :-) read more

Ive gone to other places that charge more and they use interior products that shine but last only a day or two. I have to admit I was skeptical when my husband told me he hired someone to detail our truck at our home. We have never done this type of service before. I was pleasantly surprised to come home and find that not only did he do an amazing job but he did it in the 95 degree weather today! Carlos did an awesome job on our 2002 Tahoe.
