I would rate 10 stars if I could. Chuck is a great guy and definitely knows what he is doing. My car has never been detailed and it was looking really really rough and I was concerned about my black paint. He did a sample spot to be sure he could do the job. This is not an endorsement, its a Praise! I own multiple Black vehicles and its not easy to keep them clean. If your going to buff and Polish a black vehicle you better know what your doing or you will be left with swirls, and scratches. I recently purchased a used Black SUV for my wife and the paint was in sad shape. I took it to Chuck at Classic Auto Detail and "He took care of Business". The SUV looks almost like it came off the showroom floor in 2006. He removed all the hazy white oxidation along with all the scratches, some I thought would never come out. The rims looked like they had been freshly dipped in chrome and the shine made me have to put on my shades. I am speechless...and that is close to impossible, according to my hubby! Chuck did an amazing job on my vehicle! He is a professional and it shows in the details! Chuck also is an honest man and he will tell you the truth when it comes to expectation on his work... Let me give you an example...my head lights on my car had started to get that "foggy" look which comes with age. It made my car look out dated. Chuck told me he would work on them but they wouldn't look brand new. However, they would definitely look better than before.
