Once he finished the inspection he gave us a walk through of all the defects he found and even offered a follow up inspection as a courtesy , being that we are Winter Texans and on a fixed budget , we found that little detail to show us that he goes beyond. Not only did it take a lot longer than originally promised to get the report back, both me and my real estate agent had to email to get them to finally send it through. After closing on the home we found multiple areas of wood rot outside the home that were not included in the report and this company refuses to take responsibility for the poor job we were provided. Would not recommend. read more

Richard was awesome, was able to find a roofing detail that would have cost thousands. he was very thourough and walked me through the wole process. pointed out what was a real concern and what was a deficiency. His report was easy to read and understand. During the inspection, anything that my wife and I had questions about were answered right away. Not the 'let me look into that' type of answer from an unprofessional. After the inspection, they'd talk to us and would show us areas of concern. Not something that they needed to do, but that's something Final Analysis does as a professional courtesy. And of course, they would tell us the 'red flags' of the home. A quote from the owner, Richard, which left me in awe and in full piece of mind that I chose the right home inspector, "Just because the inspection is done doesn't mean you can't call us for any other questions." I ended up signing the release agreement to get out of the contract and that detailed report sure did help me with my decision. So would I recommend Final Analysis? Yes. Would I use them again? Indefinitely! I forgot to mention that he had all the latest tools and cameras for moisture detection that made him stand out from previous people i would use. This has to be the worst home inspector on the planet. The amount of items they aid were good and had to be replaced in the first 2 weeks of moving in makes me believe they are incompetent or they knew the previous owner. Here are a few. They did not inspect the water softener, it had not been working in years, my cost $3300 to replace. Sprinkler system they said was working and just had a few heads broken. The system could not possibly work the wires and tubes were cut underground, my cost $3000 to replace the system. The washing machine hookup was so corroded and loose when you touched it.When the water was turned on it erupted and had to get emergency repair. 5 faucets were replaced so far because of leaking from the handles. I am sure I am forgetting some other things but remember this happened in the first 2 weeks of us moving in. Also his contract insulates him from their ineptness so you have no recourse to regain the money it has cost us, almost $10,000 in total UPDATE Electric in attic was a hazard another $1100 read more

Extremely pleased with the initial scheduling and communication of a residential home inspection for a real estate deal. Unfortunately, there was a problem getting the final written report. I was fully prepared to rate Premier with 5 stars but they failed to follow through to the end of the agreement in a timely manner. Disappointing to say the very least.
