He kept us informed of the timing of each step of our project. The crew showed up as scheduled and efficiently completed our roof. So, the date and time came, yet no one from Premier showed up. No call, no email, no nothing. So unprofessional! Thank you Premier for wasting my time. Time that I took off of work to come home and meet with you. Time that could have been better spent getting a cavity filled. I will be calling your competitors. We hired Premier Roofing to replace our roof, and one of their representatives, Weston DeSousa as the contractor. All I can say is Don't. They finally got the roof on in November. The storm was in June. My yard is still full of nails. It took at least a month to finally clean up all the trash from the driveway. Once payment was made, that was the end of communication. Add in that they tried to charge us another almost $10,000 afterwards. The representative came by once to assure us that all would be well. It wasn't. He told us it had been inspected by the Town of Milliken. It had not. He told us he would contact us when he had information about the final payment from the insurance company. You guessed it. He didn't. In fact he ghosted us. To the best of my knowledge the roof is adequate, but it was very expensive. We are elderly and perhaps trusted too much. But never again, and never with this company. I have never had another contact from the company except that they left a ladder for the town to inspect. Waste of your time and whatever you do, don't trust what they say. read more

Donnie Espinosa was our Premier Roofing salesman and did a wonderful job for us. Donnie explained the benefits we get by going with Premier, the process and made it painless for us working with the company. As promised, Premier showed up as expected and finished our job in one day. City of Ft Collins inspected and passed first time. There was a bit of trim damage so I called Donnie about it and they came out and fixed it by the end of the week buying and matching the paint. They did a great job cleaning the place up too and even after the crew left, Donnie came by and did a final inspection. I am giving them 2 stars because the work they did was pretty good. The problem is.....my roof still leaks in the garage. A "Premier Roofing" technician came and looked at the problem, and gave me a list of items that I should have been informed about. Plus he said they put the wrong kind bend of sheet metal on the corner where the roof flattens out. He told me he would call me in a couple of days. When I didn't hear from him for a week, I tried calling him multiple times and left messages with no response. I have tried the young man who initiated the contact with us and who assured us that they would guarantee the roof and his mailbox is full, and he doesn't answer text messages. So, I tried the main company number and they don't seem to return calls either. This company has $26,000.00 and change from me and my insurance, and now cares nothing about my roof. VERY POOR customer service. BEWARE of this company. Get everything in writing. Don't trust slick talking salesmen. Very dissatisfied. read more

Premier canvased the neighborhood in Longmont after a couple of hail storms. They evaluated my roof and we started a claim. Insurance needed additional information and 6 weeks later Premier had not submitted anything to the insurance company. Poor communication and follow up. I even gave them a referral and they did the same thing to the other party. Unknown how there quality of roofing is as we could not get past the claim portion. read more

Good roof . Horrible damage to part of my wood siding. Photos before show no damage but after the tear off crew got done, the house wall was gouged, chipped and cracked. They have made NO effort to settle this issue or perform repairs. If you use them, check your roof, walls if you have a two story. And around the chimney flashing and Good Luck! read more

We experienced a severe Hail Storm in June of this past year and after I did a visual inspection of our roof and didn't see obvious damage to our 16-year-old roof of our home. Ryan our representative from Premier Roofing came by and offered a free inspection. I almost turned him away, but his professional demeanor convinced me to provide him the opportunity. Ryan came down and told me that there was significant damage. That began a very positive experience with Premier Roofing resulting in a full and complete new roof that came with a 50 Year Material Warranty and 10 Year Labor Warranty that is transferable. Ryan being our representative assigned was our ambassador from Premier Roofing was always responsive and effective during our entire experience. Ryan and the entire Premier Roofing team worked with our Insurance Company to provide us with the best most cost-efficient solution. Premier Roofing was a great help in quickly replacing our roof after the Fort Collins 2014 Hail storm. Our representative (Skylar Memsic, job FCO1506) was friendly, polite and prompt. He worked with the insurance company to get adjustments made to the claims to cover overlooked items. The speed of overall job was impressive! We have a medium size roof that is about 23 squares, which took another contractor a week (small crew). Premier's roofing team only took one day for a complete tear-off and install of a new roof. The finished product looks great and there wasn't much overlooked in the cleanup. I found only a few prices of scraps and nails. The only reason for taking 1 star was because of the slow invoicing process, but in all fairness the slow response was mostly likely due to the volume of roofs from the hail storm. Bottom line.......I would highly recommend Premier Roofing. read more

Great communication, worked well with our insurance company so we didn't have to do much of anything there, delivered shingles on the day they projected, began work on roof a few days later and completed within a day and a half only because it rained a bit the first day. Cleaned up nicely, Wayne immediately inspected the property and cleaned up any nails or trash in the yard that was missed. Very conscientious and easy to work with! Very happy. read more

He took pictures of us and our house aith his cell phone fter we told him to not come back after the 3rd time. We finally had to call the police. I'm writing this later. Date of service April 2017. Sales representative was Aaron Schuler. We signed the contracts in Oct. 2016. Aaron did tell us that they likely would not be able to work on our roofs until Spring due to backlog and weather. We were okay with that. He was courteous, explained the process well and sent us pictures of the hail damage of the roofs. We had 3 roofs done. The process of the insurance claim was smooth. The roofers showed up on time, performed the work promptly, were friendly and cleaned up after themselves when done. The roofs look great. I've had no problems. read more

Working relationship with Premier Roofing began very well. We had other local companies stop by to give an estimate. When we told them we had already committed to Premier, we were warned to watch them very carefully. We passed on this info and continued with Premier. I lived to regret this decision. From day one, this was an ordeal I'll not soon forget. There were several items on their estimate that was not accomplished. They did not remove and reattach the gutters. They completely destroyed the gutters while removing the old shingles-then believed someone else should pay for replacing them. They did not remove the old drip edge, but installed the new over the old. In doing so, the mounting screws for the gutter brackets were covered up. A piece of siding was busted. My 5th wheel is parked adjacent to my garage. They were using the roof of my 5th wheel as a work bench/staging area. Premier Roofing didn't even bother getting a Building Permit to do the re-roofing job on my house. The representative I dealt with would do well to attend Customer Service #101. The list goes on and on. Do not utilize Premier Roofing under any circumstances unless you want a lot of grief. read more

Needs some training on how to talk to customers, very confusing, not invested, shows up late and just doesn't know how to explain things. I choose Premier Roofing after the hail storm in 2017 damaged our roof. The roof install appears to be good, so I don't have any issues on that front. However, the administrative/customer service side of things has been awful. The roof was installed in the end of October, but the job had not been wrapped up with the insurance company in the middle of December. My insurance company was great about reaching out to me about the job, but it was like pulling teeth to get Premier to send them the information they needed to close things out. It took 6 weeks, hours on the phone, and probably 30 emails and texts back and forth to get Premier to send the insurance company the paperwork they were requesting. Or so I thought. Now 3 months later I have started receiving bills for the roof despite being told by our Premier rep that we would only need to cover the cost of our deductible, which we paid them in October of last year. Conveniently enough, their bills don't include a phone number and the 3 or 4 times I have called the main office line, I get their voicemail. I left a message informing them that I was becoming an unhappy customer and asking to speak to someone who could get this taken care of. Instead of someone with some authority contacting me, I got a call from the project rep who I have been dealing with for the past 6 months and, while very pleasant, is obviously struggling to get this job closed. Getting my roof replaced with Premier was an unexpectedly pleasant experience overall, primarily due to my rep, Ryan, who was excellent - very informative and clear and very responsive. My roof was completed on time and inspection with the City went smoothly. My only complaint is the inordinate amount of time it took the billing office to provide a final invoice for insurance claim purposes. Six months is ridiculous! You need to hire more people during crunch times to get the final invoices out timely. read more

Don't EVER use this company. Like all other people mentioned here. We were made to believe that they are the company who will help you do everything. We thought they are like general contractors like their sales rep made us believe. That they work with the gutter, window door etc... but none of these happened. No invoice until now, Hail damage in June, installed in September and they don't want to get paid. Their workers are not good either. We had our satellite dish hanging from the side for 5 days, damaged some solar lights and also left their tractor for the removed shingles in front of our garage for 5 days so we had to park our cars by the curb. Shameless and never again you should be allowed to put any roofs anywhere. They wouldn't even give our their Headquarters number for customers to complain to. read more

Do yourself a favor and pass this company over. We started dealing with them in September/2018 and just finalized the last payment in February/2019. That was after receiving no less than four invoices; each one showing a different amount due. Their installers partially tore some of the gutters off and left long pieces hanging off our house, limiting safe access into our garage. That should have been caught by their project manager on site the day of the actual work, however after introducing himself, he bailed and we never saw him again. They also did a poor job on the metal edging corners and cleanup which required multiple visits. read more

On a recommendation from someone I called this place for a quote on my roof. What a mistake, total waste of my time completely. The Estimator tells me a time he will show up and then repeatedly calls me back to change it multiple times. It almost got to the point I wanted to cancel completely. He finally showed up and looked at my roof, then told me if he met the adjustor to talk him out of the claim I would be asked to agree to give them my business. Seemed like an ok deal until he quoted me double what everyone else was charging. Seemed like they were ripping off insurance companies in my opinion. Then he gave me the "I forgot my quote book and will do one later" which he never did. Wow this place is in need of a visit from Tom Martino and the BBB. Starting out, I wasn't impressed. This employee (spence) who is not there anymore blew us off for our appointments and just as we were ready to look for another company, Tony Martin called and appologized for how we were treated. From then on out, he was our representative. He set everything up for us and kept in contact with us. Once we got the quote from insurance, they dealt with it from there. All I had to pay was my deductible. They were not in any rush to collect payment and were willing to work with us on the deductable. The employees doing the roof did an amazing job and my property was not trashed while they were working. They also took some metal thing to pick up all the loose nails. Overall, I am very impressed. Never hire Premier roofing By far the worst roofing job that I have ever seen on any home. These guys did an unacceptable job on my roof. I have requested that they replace the roof on my house which was put on in October and they refuse. I paid a roofing inspector with 30 years experience $175.00 to inspect my roof and write a report to make sure I wasn't being too picky and that wasn't the case. The report includes documentation and 20 photos of the unacceptable job that they did. The quality is embarrassing and substandard. At least one worker was up on the roof drinking beer. I have no proof but I suspect the entire group was illegal, undocumented and uninsured. The inspector told me that if they did this on his house he would be pissed and ask for it to be replaced. The inspector wasn't anyone I knew and I asked for an honest evaluation. I was asked by a friend for a roofer recommendation and could not suggest Premier even though they offer $250 for any job booked through me. There was also someone on here looking for a recommendation and I couldn't suggest Premier because of the awful work they did. $500 I could possibly have had in my pocket if my integrity wasn't more important than the money. They have had 3 months to. fix the work they did and just made it worse when they came to do repairs. The sales person and local manager were polite and respectful about their opinions even though we disagreed. The area general manager was one of the most rude and disrespectful people I have ever dealt with. He acted like his opinion was the gospel and he was some kind of shingle god. I refused to give him my inspection report because he wasn't willing to admit there were problems. He told me they would do repairs which would take 4 hours which to me would just be more bandaids and duct tape. Fortunately I haven't paid them any money because the only way this will get resolved is in court. I could go on for hours about how unprofessional Premier roofing was and how frustrating this has been for me. I will supply Premier with a copy of this so they can respond with their skewed opinion. I have learned many valuable lessons from doing business with Premier Roofing. They began the re-roofing job on my house four months ago. Initially, part of the roof was so poor, that the Field Rep had a portion redone. They didn't remove the gutters as stated in their estimate/invoice to the insurance company. As such, the gutters were completely destroyed. My daughter has an identical house as mine a couple of blocks away and mine had a bill of over $4,000.00 more than hers. Premier throws around the word "code" but when asked, they can't identify the code. In example, they said that my roof, by code, required 3 roof vents. My daughters identical house with identical roof only required two. They attempted to charge for work they didn't do. I could go on and on, but for brevity sake, I won't. By the way, did I mention that four months later and they still haven't completed the job. read more

The one good thing about Premier roofing is whoever they contracted to complete my roof did a good job and completed within a day. All the rest is BAD, BAD, BAD! They are by far the MOST expensive roofers that you will find. They tried to claim 3000 more against my insurance when I paid them over 9000 already. My insurance would not give them more then 700 dollars more and they couldn't prove what they were claiming all the rest of the money to. Nick the guy that just keeps coming to my house unannounced over and over again sat in my kitchen and stated to me that what ever was left over would never be charged directly to me! Then I get an invoice saying that I owe more money! Its absurd how much more they cost and I feel that everything was shady and very dishonest. It took them 8 1/2 months to start the project. They often times did not answer my calls and did not call me back. They twice requested more money from my insurance company without letting me know so I got random deposits in my checking account. The project ended up being more than $8,000 over the original estimate. They had me on "weather hold" through the Fall and Winter and only took me off in the Spring when I called and reminded them I was still waiting. Meanwhile dozens of homes around me were being repaired. In that 8 1/2 months my roof began leaking in two places but couldn't be repaired under the same claim because that claim was "complete" so I would have had to pay another $2,000 deductible for damage incurred as a result of Premier stalling for 8 1/2 months. Part of the reason they said it took so long was because they didn't have a crew licensed in Cheyenne. I had to tell them my my house was outside city limits. They repaired a shed that I asked them not to so I ended up paying for that. They left nails everywhere and installed one of my vents crooked. read more

My property hit very hard during a very large hail storm that hit Fort Collins in 2014. I decided to use Premier Roofing because I had heard great news on the company. After a quick phone call, our representative Skylar Memsic came out to the property and did an evaluation on the roof and quickly opened up Job # FCO1572. He determined that our roof was severely damaged along with some of the siding and windows. Skylar was always in quick contact throughout the entire process and was friendly, polite and never hesitated to give ample detail on how the process worked and what to expect. This was greatly appreciated by me since this was my first home with hail damage. Skylar worked with the insurance company to get all adjustments made to the claims to cover overlooked items. I only had to pay my deductible for the new roof. The speed of overall job was impressive! I know my entire neighborhood was hit hard and the team at Premier Roofing was staying very busy. Premier's roofing team only took one day for a complete tear-off and install of a new roof. As another review stated, the invoice process was a little slower than I had anticipated. My roof was completed in Oct and I didn't hear any news for payment until April, then it seemed to be a huge priority to the finance team (I promptly paid them). I imagine this is due to the insurance company and Premier working out final details. (I was just not contacted for status throughout this process and wondered when I was to pay). This is why I took off one star. I would recommend Premier Roofing to any of my friends or family without hesitation. read more

Overall, Premier did a fantastic job on our new roof. It took a small crew one week to do, but they did a good job, and were very professional. One complaint is that we also have some copper roofing that Premier said they would handle. When our insurance balked at a 20% contracting fee from Premier, Premier told us to handle the copper roofing on our own. The copper company they were working with refuses to return our calls, and we now need to go to another roofing company to have that done. read more
