On the day that the work was supposed to be done, the technicians came and said that they can not do the job, that they need to speak to their supervisor and then left. I tried to call Purlift back and was told I need to speak their production manager Mr. Alain. For over 2 weeks I called their number at 514.636.5438 , spoke to the receptionist and left numerous voicemail for Mr, Alain to see what we could do but Mr. Alain never returned his voicemail. Finally I have to call our credit card dispute center to have our deposit back and to cancel the contract, I find this is not professional at all on Purlift company.
