They are also supposed to clean the walkway and stairs which you pay extra for and I have done it myself once again. The last snowfall was the exact same issue. We called, were told they will put an urgent call to have them come and they were a no show. I would not recommend them to anyone. They will take your money but never provide any service. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
