Simon manned the front desk. The manager (Bobby) personally called me back one day after I left a voicemail asking if they were open. Great value for the money. They had customer specials from Mon -- Fri, including my favorite: 40% off on Thursday for ladies. They were also very efficient. They had numerous employees who thoroughly cleaned the inside of your car and applied whichever level of shine/wax you chose. I went there last week only to discover that The Ritz Auto Spa is no more... Previous staff is gone, and the new owners don't offer full service - just a drive through car wash.

They're no longer full service there--just exterior washes now, and you have to vacuum the interior yourself. They sent me to the Marlton location for full service. The Marlton location did honor my punch card, but that perk is gone now, and the Thursday ladies' discount dropped from 50% to 20% off. Worst of all, the quality of both the exterior and interior wash wasn't even close to what Ritz used to provide. Bottom line: I'll be looking for a new car wash. Wash Haus Hand Car Wash on Haddonfield-Berlin Rd recently opened and has great reviews so far, so I'll be trying them for my next wash.

This past summer, my Honda Pilot stored and transferred beach volleyball equipment daily. My SUV collected sand in just about every crevice including the carpeted back once the seats fold down. There was so much sand and after three and half months of hot temperatures, the sand began to solidify causing major concern for the future of my car as well as causing me to remember that I wait entirely too long to fix things.. After doing a little research online and reading reviews, fortunately, my magic man did come through to save my butt that day, and his name was Chris Thomas from Absolute Perfection Detailing. All I can say is what a professional. What a guy who truly takes pride in his work, and not only does he do an incredible job, he enjoys it. At first, Chris didn't promise me he could get all the sand up, but he told me he'd do his absolute best. Hours later, he called me with excitement, "I can't wait for you to see this." I feel like I was robbed, I paid $19 with the coupon and luckily I only tipped $2 because it didn't seem like they were doing a good job. The carpets didn't look like they were vacuumed at all, they didn't even lift the hatch, the dashboard wasn't cleaned, and the windows were covered in lint. My seats were not vacuumed and I had a spot on my window that was still there after the wash. I think a drive-thru car wash would have done a better job. I took it to get the interior cleaned and had to come home and clean it myself. I became suspicious when I watched it go through their wash, it was basically just soaped and rinsed and it even came out soaked with water. He took the time to tell me all the services he offered and explained in detail. He is certified by Xpel and Optimum which sells Opti-coat. I ended up with a package that included Xpel Ultimate and Opti-coat Pro Plus. The whole process took 2 days. I live in philly. I dropped my car off and Ryan gave me a ride home. Then I took a train to lindenwold where he picked me up. The Xpel wrap is a clear film that protects against rock chips and is self healing. Ryan demonstrated it by scratching his car that had film on. Amazing stuff. He wrapped my full hood, full fender, side mirrors, front bumper and door edges. All these places are the most likely to get paint chips especially if you're on the highway a lot. He used pre-cut pieces from Xpel. Unfortunately Xpel did not include film for the lowest bumper trim on my car but Ryan made a custom piece for it. That is class on his part. He will hook you up with extras. Then he coated the car using opti-coat pro plus which is a 2 step coating of protection and gloss. He even coated my wheels. Dirt just comes off easily from a pressure wash and the water beading in insane. Of course he made sure the pain was corrected before doing all this. His service also includes a free first wash a few weeks later so that he could inspect the car and see if there needs a touch up. There's no such thing as a perfect job but this is as close to perfect. Ryan and his assistant Dan, are great guys. The price is very reasonable for the amount of detailing Ryan does. Ryan was also working on high end cars like corvettes, maseratis and Mercedes but he did not treat me like a 2nd class citizen.

After a brief description of what the product was that I wanted for my new car I decided to make a appointment to protect my new investment. I dropped my car off to him and as soon as he was finished I went back to pick it up and wow was I impressed. Since my first interaction with Ryan up to now he has been stellar. I will be taking my wife's car to him for some headlight buffing and a body wrap also. The one thing that keeps him above the rest is his integrity and accountability and those attributes are hard to come by........

This is nothing like one of those quick lube (iffy lube) places. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. They will check all your fluid levels and tire inflation. If you get an oil change, you can add a car wash for $5 and it is a full service wash, and they clean the carpets and interior glass. You can go just for the wash as well and its the best wash in town.
