Considering some of the reviews, I was hesitant to try this carwash--but I'm honestly so glad I did! It's the closest one to me, and I really like that it's not a self-wash. I prefer a place that does everything for you, and New Raceway Carwash delivered. I had an amazing experience here. Though the prices are a bit on the pricey side, it was so worth it. Special today was a great value! The car wash was not busy! I asked the guys if they were finished with my car. The entire back of the car wasnt dried off. The front of the car is dirty. The interior wasnt vacuumed under the floor mats. This place is going down hill! Very unfortunate this place used to be great! read more

I wish I discovered the 1 star ratings prior to my car being washed. I was waiting in line and asked the Asian store Mgr if he was aware of how bad some of his ratings were and what he was doing to improve. He simply said "no. I don't look " and continued to ignore me when I asked why. I came out to my car (which it appeared the guys were doing a good job) until I stepped into my car and saw the back seat (which has my kids car seats there) hardly touched. They dusted the one side of my dash then left the right side half done. In a time where businesses are opening their doors again-you would think more care would be taken to keep customers. Paid for ULTIMATE ELITE... been getting this service before. today he wouldn't do leather conditioner on seats. the sign says "leather conditioner included" what's the difference between this and just full service other than double the price. he wanted me to pay an extra 10 dollars to clean seats. ( they weren't dirty just dusty) i was only asking for what was advertised as included they just lost me and everyone in my family over .50 cents of diluted product. SMH read more

Sunny day out so I took the jeep to get a bath. Nice and shiny when I left but overall this place was decent. I got a platinum wash which was 20 bucks but I'm not really sure how that differed from the 16 dollar wash, it was done in ten minutes so not sure what other services were added. Anyway my car looked shiny outside, oily inside. I just don't get when you take your car to get washed they don't seem to clean cup holders or spaces like that. Am I missing something? Had a very poor experience here on a Saturday morning in late May 2015, unfortunately. Paid $20 for the Ultimate car wash (which is the highest tier, and one above Platinum) based on the gentlemen at the entry indicating that it would be a top-of-the-line, comprehensive exterior and interior wash. I was very surprised to see that my car wash was "complete" a mere 5-6 minutes later. Upon inspection, I noticed that the attendants had done a pretty shoddy, half-ass job and only did the bare minimum of cleaning off whatever was in easy reach. For example, they failed to clean bird poop off the rear passenger side window, they didn't clean off any dust or dirt from the corners of the dash, the corner of the floors or the back of seats, and they certainly didn't use compressed air to blow away dust. When I complained to the woman sitting inside (who I assume was the owner), she didn't make much of an effort to apologize or rectify the situation. Instead, she came outside and seemed to say (I had a bit of difficulty understanding her) that I needed to pay up for a $45 interior detail because I had small children. At that point, I handed her back the loyalty card and told her to keep it because I wouldn't be returning ever again. She then proceeded to walk away muttering under her breath. Shame on me, I guess. I actually expect a $20 car wash to result in a clean car, not a half clean car. My next car wash will definitely be elsewhere. read more

Horrible horrible experience with this place. They damaged my front driver's door and deny having done it. Door worked perfectly fine when I drove over to the car wash, but I drove away, after they closed my door for me (odd), I heard the whistling sound that led me to figure out that now my door was bent, was not closing properly which kept the lights on and the instrument panel to keep dinging. When I went immediately back to the car wash, I got ZERO customer service. The manager's idea of investigating was asking one of the guys if he did it to which he shook his head no. The manager then proceeded to walk away and not interact with me again, until the police showed up. NEVER again. And my company was using this place to get the fleet washed. Guess who just lost that contract! read more

I'm 57, and have been to hundreds of car washes, and this one is by far the best. The auto roll-thru is good (aren't they all the same anyway?), but what separates Raceway from the rest is the amazing job they do on your interior (with the standard in-side out wash..only around 12 dollars). 3 or 4 guys spent close to 5 mins on the interior alone (and my car was relatively clean), wiping, misting, rubbing everything. And the best: they use a compressed air jet to blow away dust and specs from everywhere inside the car that can't be reached by hand...does anyone else anywhere do this? Best reason to live near Voorhess that I can imagine (I don't). read more

DO NOT go to this car wash!!! They broke my windshield wipers and did not tell me then sneakily tried to replace them on my luxury vehicle. The guy was an asshole and the lady at the front desk all of the sudden acted like she couldn't speak or understand English. Very rude and I will NEVER return. They will not be around long.
