When we realized we'd need to wait until morning for the right part, they gave us a ride to our Airbnb (we were traveling), fixed the car in the morning while they were closed, and then came and got us. Truly the kind of experience that restores your faith in humanity. Great people, great work, very fair and transparent prices, 20/10. Then a manager calls back and has a bout of amnesia and doesn't remember what was repeated to him several times. They tried inflating the price almost $2100 from what was agreed upon and documented. They seemed to want to deal with me less when I told them I was not financing the purchase through them I already had financing lined up. They did this also to my wife when she bought her new vehicle. She was also smart enough to walk away. She called another dealership and gave them the lot number of the need she wanted (at north point) they picked it up and delivered it to her at the price they agreed upon (which was less than north point quoted her). Bottom line Pay attention to the numbers and get in writing (be very clear) what you are getting/financing.

I open my hood because they broke the latch and didn't repair it. Along with a lot of plastic material under the hood. So I was left, needing to access the engine and not being able to. I drove it to a nearby shop and they had to use pliers to open the hood. They even stated that that should have been fixed. Clearly no one since J&L has accessed the hood as they wouldn't be able to even open it! And J&L Service Center was the last one access my engine. They denied accountability. Had they owned up to it and simply fixed it I would not be so angry. I understand things happen, that are often out of our control, however, they didn't inform me that it happened and simply sent me on my way with it. Dangerous and irresponsible. J&L .. I trusted you.
