I had an issue with my SUV Volvo, I had it towed as it was giving me a " critical charging failure" message, My vechiel was taken to MGO Dupont Garage and they fix it. They did a very good job! and they were super honest, they could have taken advantage and changed the alternator and charged me a lot of money as most garage would have done!!) but they were honest, they found out the pulley was defective, they fixed it and now my SUV works like new! We needed a tow from northern Vermont to a mechanic in North Montreal. AAA sent this company to tow vehicle from the border. The driver arrived and did not let us know he was there and waited as we were inside dealing with BP. When we finally came out he said we would have to pay for the wait time. At this point we told him to leave and we could call when BP was ready to let us proceed. We went back inside to complete BP and when we came out again he had loaded our vehicle. And states that if we dis not pay for the wait time he would tow our vehicle to an impound lot so basically blackmailed us into paying for waiting fees at the tune of $80 per hour. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS. TERRIBLE COMMU ICATION, ZERO LOGIC OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am in the process of resolving this with AAA but wow. read more
