I am a defense attorney and have been working with Premier for nearly 20 years. They are always there when you need them, they have competitive fees and most importantly very ethical. There are sometimes hidden fees with other Companies who often charge more money if your case is not filed on your first date. Premier has never charged my clients extra fees. I'm not sure where to begin, but here goes, I am actually from Michigan and I accidentally dialed the wrong number and this beautiful Lady answered by the name of Christine, I was pretty much in a panic state of mind because of a ordeal going on with my son whom is in prison in Ohio, well I explained to Christine The circumstances with him being there, when I told her why he went to prison she just could not believe it, and the reason he's in there is for failure to appear, yes that is right, he wasn't able to show up for his court date, his original charge was dismissed, but he got a prison term anyway. And is in there with the worst of the worst. I'm terrified for his well being, he's never been to prison and is non violent, but being treated as though he was, but anyways this lady Christine helped me more than she will ever know, the words she said was very comforting, I will never forget her for sure, as I read all her reviews I see everyone pretty much feels the, I don't know how anyone could put in a bad review about her, I don't think she will ever have that problem. This is a real review and as to why I am not using my name is because I dont want my kids seeing this as it is embarrasing, pathetic and I am very ashamed of getting a 3rd DUI. I didn't crash into anyone just got pulled over after a night of drinking with co workers thinking I was fine to drive. I used this company to post bail in June of 2019 out of Santa Ana main jail. Process was quick and easy for my wife who was able to do everything over the phone. They immediately posted bond for me after my collect call with my wife and seemed as only a few hours and I was out. Next day I called to check in which was a Monday and was given encouraging positive advice. Went into the office to get a photo and sign paperwork which again was very pleasant. My calls and texts have always been answered promptly. They showed up for my court date on time. Had no problems or extra charges as I gave them my credit card info to bill me. I wrote this review because I called them today June 11, 2020 for my upcoming court date in which I need them to rewrite my bond. Process again was simple and it will be taken care of I was informed. Even though it is a last minute issue as my attorney informed me today to call and make sure my bond is still good. I dont write reviews ever, I am actually anti all this stuff but felt necessary to give them credit for anyone thinking of using them.
