It all started back at the Main Jail in Santa Ana, Orange County main jail. My family, mainly my wife and I would visit our son during the jail visiting hours. There would be a few people there who would talk to you in regards to bailing your loved one out of jail. I spoke to everyone in an attempt to get a $1,000,000.00 bond for my son. Nobody that I spoke to could help me due to not owning a home or having a million dollars in collateral. However, on day, about 6 months down the road I am approached by someone named Angel, I think, anyways he told me to go to bail hotline. I told him I tried and they turned me down. Anyways he gave me the owners name and I made contact with a person who I believe to be his wife and we met in the Santa Ana Office to make bail for my son. Bail Hotline was there when nobody else could help us not only did they bail with no collateral but they never threw my son back in jail like the other 2 bail companies did. Faust's and Montana bail bonds both ripped us off and lied and deceived us. Not only did bail hotline help us out in our worst times they never harassed us or threatened to surrender my son back into custody. We will never forget what they have done for us and my son will not either. He was out for about 2 years and bail payment were very reasonable as my son worked to make the payments. He worked minimum wage jobs and he was able to afford the monthly payment. Down payment was somewhat a challenge but we did it and felt comfortable in giving the money. The other 2 bail companies one I sued and got back the money by filing a motion 1300b at the courthouse. The other bail company we are in the process of suing to get back not only the money but the fact they surrendered our son back into custody for some unknown reason and that is where the trust comes in. I understand for surrendering back in custody because you missed a court, but that never happened as a matter of fact my son was in court when they surrendered him back in at Montana Bail Bonds those jerks. Snakes lied said he was going to skip town and they got word last night. If that was the case then why did they wait until he went to court to turn him in. I'm telling you now from personal experience that Bail Hotline is the only company I would trust. Not only to do the bail but to keep your privacy as well. I was in a program & missed court due to my attendence in the program. went to court to take care of my warrants and they said I needed a bail reinstatement letter from the Bail company but that everything is good. The next day I went to my "appointment" To sign my "reinstatement letter "and THE BAIL COMPANY, NOT THE COURT, Arrested me. Not only did they tell me but also told my husband that I was going down to County to get fingerprinted because it's a quicker way for the Bail company to get their money back in me to get a court date so it's a win-win they said that I would only be there for 2 to 3 hours once I got in jail. When I was housed the Bail company hung up on me and would not even deal with my husband. THEY KEPT HANGING UP ON HIM!. Other bail company said had My husband paid the full 10% that they would be obligated to reinstate but instead Bail Hotline had him pay the 7% THAT IS THEIR SCAM. I called around 3:15AM filled out paperwork made a payment never heard a word from them until I had to continuously call them hours later.. the bond was FINALLY made at 3:30PM that afternoon as apparently they had 1 person working for both LA/OC county... bond posted at 3:30 then my fiancé was not even then released until 1:30AM the next day.. it took them over 12 hours to go place the bond after we paid & paperwork was done not a single phone call made to me unless I called them to get updates.. now he is out & they have harassed us for payment when we are up to date every few days & nearly first thing 7-9AM . The guy who does billing there is a complete jerk & incredibly fowl.. threatening me about our bond being flagged if another payment isn't made when WE ARE UP TO DATE ON PAYMENTS..
