I called today to get info about the MA certificate They transferred me to some lady named Aurora who didn't give me the right information, is she even a MA coordinator!?? And she kept asking me for my name, what does that have to do with getting information about the certification And why the Hell did she tell me Belinda is on leave!?? I graduated from here in 2001. I thought it would be better than a real college. I was young and stupid. They lied to me. what said my classes could transfer from Mount Sac. I should have known. Just cuz it has College in the name doesn't mean it's a college. Its a vocational school folks. You can take these classes for free at the adult schools. Then when I graduated I couldn't find a job. every employer wants experience and cramming 2 years of college into six months doesn't count as experience. Recently I went back to see if they can help my and I'm still getting bull sh!ted. Allegedly they trying to get me a job and supposedly the person who could hire me is on vacation. Did not know this school was religion based, christian, as they gave roughly 30 minutes of video praising Jesus followed by 45 minutes of 4 th grade awards. Even the students walking up stage where confused as to when to walk in. Let just be honest it was a hot mess. If you decide to do the program you have to be fully committed because they can't help you if you don't help yourself... You will have to study The teachers here are very supportive and the faculty and financial aid are so helpful as well... If you work just be ready because there are changes of schedules every module... but once you progress the schedule gets easier... I graduated in the MA program. The staff was kind and patient. Towards the end of the program the last curriculum is externship. The staff help you find a good externship site where you learn hands on skills at an actual clinic. After I got my hours, the clinic liked my work ethic and hired me right out of school. I was working before the actual graduation ceremony lol. The staff is very helpful, but you also need to take the initiative to ask questions and let them know where you need help specifically. School is kinda awful. They always change what they said. I'm from last VN program and graduated. The program stated Jan 14 2019, 15months program. We barely graduated on May. The school policy for our class is after you graduated(pass HESI exit 800+), you will be able to take your NCLEX, but the school now is tell us to do mandatory virtual ATI mandatory review for 12 weeks(3months) which is not fair. Just because school want to raise their passing rate. they are holding our NCLEX application paper now for almost 2 and half months already. It's not a reliable school.. read more

Hello, My name is Sam Quick and I was a student worker as well as a worker presently of this amazing school. Now before you go on and think to yourself this "petty yelp review by myself is biased" Let me redirect you to my point. I originally came to Premiere with a goal in mind, and an open mind of opportunities. I was a fresh-out high school graduate, 18 years old and very very confused on what my life will lead to. I decided to just check out some schools see what they offer like anyone else would, and I came across Premiere Career College through my cousins. Two took LVN here and One took Surgical Tech. and as of now they are LVNs working and in a RN bridge program still succeeding and the ST is in a very successful position working in the hospital. I decided why not try it? I took the Medical Assisting Program. It was short, easy, fun, and it was an honest and fulfilling profession to build off. The staff was like family, the instructors had nothing but support and help all through the program and Belinda my Student Service Counselor found me an internship site that really fit my skills and confidence. For the short amount of time I was going to school they noticed my school ethics and grades were very good. (Thank You Dr. Kim helped me out a lot with learning how to answer phones, organize my paper work, office-related skills.) They hired me part time while I was in-school. Working their and studying there my schedules at Premiere were from 8am-8pm. I basically lived here. But working here till now my heart has grown bigger for helping people. The workers here really inspired me to work with your heart. Once I went on into my internship they noticed how professional and diligent I was learning hands on. and I got hired on the spot as a Medical Assistant. and I know the next question you are asking... Why don't I still work as a Medical Assistant? To answer your question, I resigned to work for Premiere again and use my Medical Assistant Cert. for a plan B. My real passion was in Marketing. I fell in love with promoting the schools name that I found my calling. Of course I loved being an MA, but Premiere really showed my strong suite and the staff, instructors, and students really loved my presence and help. Right now I am a student worker again, but I am now a communications major and I am a self-taught marketer here at Premiere. You noticed how I didn't mention anything about the money? It's because when you work hard, actually come to school, study your butt off, and comply with the regulations and rules with the school.. you get your payments done and you don't have to worry about retaking any courses, modules, phases, etc.. Working here I see students enjoying class, I see them putting their money into good use, and I see them succeeding. The instructors are not here to come after you or scold you. They are here to help you and comply with your every need. WE DO HELP, but YOU NEED TO ASK FOR HELP. We want you to pass, but we need you to WANT to pass. We are a school of integrity. If I was only 18 yrs old and able to get through my program why wouldn't anyone else be able to? ANYONE CAN DO IT! ANYONE CAN BE AN LVN, ST, HCST, etc.. but you have to WANT IT! School was great and teachers were awesome. Once it came to externship. I have been on a wait for 3 months and they tell me 1 hospital then another then another and another, but don't place me anywhere. It has been such a headache. Hate it so bad. They do everything to their convenience. The down side was that I got certified as soon as I was done with the book stuff and have a provisional certification so if I don't complete my hours in the next 3 months it expires and I am screwed with taking the test again. read more

Great school.. The instructors are awesome.. They gave me everything I needed to succeed and to become the best student I could be. They were very informative, helpful, and made it easy to get extra help. The program was easy to follow and made Recources available if needed. The staff was friendly with everything from the simple gesture of free morning coffee to bar-b-q's for lunch.. The attention given from the instructors from day one made it simple to strive, stay on track, and succeed throughout the program scoring high on every test as well as finals.. The clinical coordinators were just as awesome. They were very friendly, informative, and experienced. They made it easy to perform surgery and to learn so much during my rotation.. I went for a tour at the school and they explained the programs and payment method to me . While I was getting tour on campus lady that was showing me around wasn't prepare she forgot keys will leave me outside for good 10-15 min until she back. She will leave me a lot of the time waiting at different location of the campus and told me to wait till she came back. While one of the times that she left and I was standing alone in front of a class a few student from the class came out and gave the best advice not to take the course here that it wasn't worth my money , time, or good school to come to. When she show me some of the classes they didn't look professional enough some of the material student were using look run down and reuse from previous years. After I left campus I saw reviews on yelp I saw bad reviews so I decided to not take the course here and also thanks to those student who where already students there for the advice of telling reason why not to go there . I attended PCC from Sept. 2012 through Jan 2014. I chose to go to Premiere because I had taken a class there a few years back and I knew the reputation the college had. My journey into nursing school began Sept 2012 and boy let me tell you it was a true life changing exp. For the better I might add. I must admit that pre-vn was probably my best sub. Dr. V WAS EXTRAORDINARY. Going on into the next few modules was very very tough. Succeeding is totally dependant on how much effort you put towards it. Many many of us worked and attended school at the same time. And we SUCCEEDED. As I mentioned earlier it's how much effort you put towards reaching your goals. Vn 27 is my graduating class and I can honestly say that most if not all of us have graduated as one and passed our nclex as one. Yes we've had our ups and downs but who doesn't. I was going to this school for Lvn the teacher mrs Nadal was so rude And doesn't know how to teach all the Pilipinos were cheating in my class they had all the answers to the test and they were trying to hide it from the other students and I had told my teacher about it and she told me not to say anything. I wasn't passing my tests and there was a handful of us that were failing and the rest passing because they were cheating . Mrs Nadal didn't not like me for some reason she gave me attitude and was disrespectful and she made it seem like I was the only one failing in the class but there were a handful of students failing and she was always picking on me she would ask others students how can I help you improve your grades but when it came to me she said if I don't see improvement your gonna fail this class this school is definitely racist to Mexicans. They also had us go to clinicals with out knowing what we were doing they would just sign our papers off just saying we knew how when they didn't even teach us they were very unorganized.
